Quiet. Very good service at check-in and check-out.

All the staff members were very helpful and super nice!

The bar service was slow.

It was very beautiful. We were allowed late check out. The bath robes were amazing and the attention to detail is on point.

Arrived about 9am to drop bags and were given early check in with a room upgrade. In house breakfast buffet one of the best we have seen.

Great location and amenities. Room was clean and serviced daily. Close access to ferry and many restaurants and shops nearby.

The staff were lovely and were quick and helpful with any assistance I needed. The valet service was very handy also and decently priced considering parking in the area.

Elisabeth at Reception was a godsend in helping us with our room reservation and suggestions about what activities to do, plus restaurants. She is so warm and welcoming. It coloured our whole stay.

The bedsheets were too small for the bed.

Rooftop pool, close to CBD,

Sticky bathroom floors , dusty carpets, grumpy staff, burnt Bacon, no exhaust fan in Toilet or bathroom. Well overrated.

Everything was great. Staff were lovely. Room very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. We enjoyed a drink and snack in the bar and that was also very relaxing. Great hotel.

Room was well set out and comfortable. Location was really good being very close to restaurants and shops. Breakfast buffet was the best i have seen anywhere.

Maybe a more spectacular lobby and reception area. That is the only thing i could point out. Staff were wonderful.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of double bay with amazing staff. Nice little rooftop pool as well.

The hotel needs to lift its game we love this place but the standard has gone down staff are helpful and nice but the cleanliness of the rooms is not up to the standard expected at a hotel of this caliber! Our bed was made with dirty sheets the bath robe had someone used tissue in the pocket and that’s where I’ll stop because I will have to think hard if we will return to the property again.

no milk in refrigerator, I would have thought milk would have been providedvery limited choice for restaurant meals, had to leave the hotel in the rain and search for somewhere to eat, rather than sit in the hotel bar as an alone business traveler

The reception is great staff.

The dinner with le petit chef. Over priced for overdone seafood meal.

Location, breakfast and service

The location is quiet but still close to excellent restaurants and cafes and street shopping. Flat walk to the water and nice views from the rooftop.
