Great room, friendly staff

Room was quite large and comfortable given that we had 2 teenagers with us.Yes, we'd stay here again.Drink voucher was a nice touch.

No hair dryer.Early mornings due to road construction outside and that it's on a main road.

Room not as advertised.Misleading photos and description. Cigarette smoke stench was a put off as soon as we stepped into the room.Extremely tiny cramped up room. not ideal for couple with 2 or 3 large suitcases. Room smelt of cigarette smoke, no alternative room was available to swap into, staff told us to wait till next day to raise with manager. Sprayed with air freshener which did not work. Extremely suffocating.Reception unstaffed, could not speak to manager.Stained beddings.Bed was extremely uncomfortable, not ideal if you want a good sleep after a long day or night. Old mattresses which has lost its density and inner spring tension. Got body pains after 1 night.One side of bed was pushed next to wall. Literally no space walk around to get into bed and to move about and place bags.Unfortunately no alternative books were available in the area so had no choice otherwise would have cancelled and asked for a refund.

The front desk staff were absolutely amazing fast check in loved the freebies room was lovely and clean also the cleaners where the best take my hat of to them great bunch of ladys ??and bed was the highlight was amazing and comfortable best sleep in a long time?

No doubts about the place really just those bloody flys wer annoying lol but nothing the flyspray couldnt fix

Easy access of Western highway and straight after coming over the range from a long journey from the west....also a great pub below once the kids settle into their WiFi...happy wife happy life

Noise from loud people and kids running and screaming in the corridors.There should be a microwave to heat precooked meals. Couldn't see anything available.

Check out at 10:00 Am is too early The motel is bit old , carpets needs refurbishment , toilet has to be cleaned everyday,

It was close to the motorway .The food at the hotel was reasonably priced and delicious

No microwave , so was unable to cook porridge for breakfast

The room was very neat and tidy. The room was very quiet too with no noise coming in from anywhere! I was expecting to hear SOME noise, but no….all good!

The only problem/challenge for me was….finding the driveway entrance to the property! My Sat Nav took me to the Kentucky Fried drive through….but I wasn’t hungry yet, so I had to go out of KFC, hang a left and into the drive through bottle shop entrance…..but I still parked in the wrong spot!After booking in, I physically had to go for a walk to see where and how to get to the proper car park for my stay. Maybe it’s just pee-brained me that has these hassles….so yeah, I gave myself an upper cut for getting it wrong and moved on!

Comfy bed, good location, lovely meals.

Could hear the music from the sports bar at night but I knew that was a possibility when booking. Rooms were very small, again didn’t bother me when booking as I was solo

Internet wifi was poor, reception was poor and tv did not work. Extremely hard to work remotely with not internet connection and hot spot would not work from poor reception

rooms where a good size plenty of room for the 2 bed and bathroom. had a small fridge and plenty of water provided daily. the cleaning staff where super friendly very helpful and understanidng of the situation as i work nights and slept during the days.

just for my own comfort i prefer a more harder matress to sleep on and these where very soft i did sleep good but towards the end i missed my own bed with a more firm matress.

Overall a great room, clean facilities and close to the location for a party at Orchard Hills. Clean, lovely staff, fresh sheets and towels. Parking on site.

This didn't affect the stay but the door on the bathroom was easily stuck and didn't open and shut well. Also the door frame had a huge hole in the bottom from the bathroom side - needs repair to look more neat.

Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing, to say the least. The area around the hotel felt very unsafe, and we constantly felt uneasy. There were strong, unpleasant smells of smoke everywhere, which made the air even harder to breathe. On top of that, loud noises disturbed us throughout the night, making it impossible to get any proper rest.The sensor lights in the hallways were a joke—they only worked after we had taken about 10 steps, which made it feel even more unsettling when walking through the dark hallways. We never saw any reception staff during our stay, and when we tried to reach out, it was impossible to get help. To make matters worse, there were cockroaches everywhere, which was absolutely disgusting and unacceptable.The room itself was even worse. We requested fresh linens for the bed, but they never provided them, and we had to make do with what was already on the bed. The air conditioning was ineffective—there was no air coming out because the vents were completely blocked with dust. To really put things into perspective for you, we were three girls traveling together, and we felt unsafe and scared the entire time. It was a truly upsetting experience, and we will never return to this hotel.

Great location as it's near my project site. Also close by with other shops, 10mins to Penrith. The bar is very spacious and the food is awesome. The staff at the bar are lovely. The only thing that I don't see is that the hotel has any accessibility for disabled guests or people with poor mobility.

The shower from the ceiling can be changed to a hand held shower thingy to save water.

The bed was comfortable, no breakfast available.

The room was confined in that it had no window. The shower partition leaked at the bottom and flooded the remainder of the bathroom floor making it dangerous to slipping. Inside the bathroom, and at the bottom of one door panel, closest to the shower, was visible wood rot. Access to all rooms was via stairs which makes access hard for the elderly or people with disabilities due to the need to carry luggage up and down. Unable to view channel 9 on TV due to nrl games only on display in hotel area.

Exceptionally clean, friendly staff and well located

Room floor is uneven, the tv was poorly located, and without the ac on the room was stuffy. Also no lifts and windy up and down stairs to our room.

Good position, lots of history in the old inn. The owner/manager was so friendly and welcoming.Rooms were a great size.

Beds a little squeaky and air conditioning needs updating but would definitely stay there again.
