Neat, well-kept rooms in a convenient location in the centre of Sydney, plus excellent customer service.

Clean and comfortable and excellent location- pricing VERY reasonable for what you get. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Smooth checkin/check out process.

A little bit of detail cleaning in the bathroom would go a long way- did not feel unhygienic at all, just a bit of grime build up over time in the shower door/corners/etc

The hotel was well situated for us as we could walk to most everything we wanted to see. In was in the centre of town, near Darling Harbour, Circular Quay, the Opera House and we could walk to the New Fish Markets. The beds were comfortable, good water pressure, the air-conditioning walked well. There was a place to put our suitcases. It was clean, neat and tidy. And it was within our budget. The hotel was for sleeping and showering. The staff were very helpful and kept an eye on our bags before we could book in and after we had booked out. It was quiet.

The hotel is a little tired in presentation, would have liked a 2nd bin in the bedroom.

Located just around the corner from the State Theatre this was a perfect location for our stay. Lots of food options available nearby. The bed was comfy, the shower had great pressure and the girl on the front desk was lovely. The room we had was an internal room and is just basic, there was tea and coffee provided and bottled water was given to us at reception.

Cannot fault it in any way - definitely great value and also location

Perhaps security could be improved with card swipe system for lift especially as Reception is on the first floor

The location is fantastic....central to alot of attractions, public transport and restaurants It was also a surprisingly quiet location Overall you get exactly what you pay for- convenient location for the traveller who spends very little time in the room.

Noticed that sheets weren't changed daily (we stayed 4 nights) despite the room being serviced twice. Could be something to improve on

Location of the hotel was great , very accessible from the port and at a shopping district!

The comfort of the beds could be much better for the price

I liked the nice staff that were welcoming at check-in and helpful when storing my luggage when checking out.

The bed mattress was too hard as it was too old.

Megaboom was extremely convenient. Beds was comfortable and staff pleasant. Facilities were neat and clean. I was very pleased with the accommodation.Staff upgraded my single room to a more spacious King room which was extremely generous.

Didnt have breakfast. Location superb. Staff very efficient and welcoming.

The milk for coffee

This was excellent. Clean room. Staff were lovely, gave me the view zi needed of a massive tree. So close to everything. Couldn't be happier as I only needed a bed. Would stay again

Location was good and staff were friendly.

We didn't like that the only window in the room looked out to a small square opening that looked out to other rooms in the hotel. Also the safe didn't close, it was unusable and the bathroom door didn't open all the way. We tried to change rooms but was told they were full. They tried to fix the safe but couldn't do it on our first day. For the price we paid we were extremely disappointed.

Location perfect for visiting the city center. Room very clean and well-maintained.

I love everything about this hotel. Mainly that it's great value for money. Ideal location, always clean, super comfy beds. I've stayed here many times and have never had a bad stay.

MR A WOOD - My daughter purchased the room for me, as a birthday present. I was staying for 7 nights. I found the hotel to be exceptional. I rate it 10/10. The location was walking distance from the Star Casino, sourvenir shops, Coles and lots of sightseeing attractions. I love the harbour and was able to catch the ferry easily and did day trips all over. I also took advantage of the nearby train station. Location was perfect to my needs.

There is nothing that comes to mind.

Staff, Service and location

The location is good, 10 minutes' walk to Darling Harbour and 20 min to the Opera house. tons of coffee shops and resturant walking distance. The train station to the airport is a 8 minute walk. High speed WIFI

They had all these terms, they sent like 200$ deposit on a credit card and must show the card used to book. But the only thing I was asked to do was fill in the form and preauth for $0
