The location and size

Sofa not very comfortable

Really good location in the CBD, easy to reach mostly everything. Rooms overall good, but bathroom supertiny, making it feel rather uncomfortable. Beds and further equipment fine.

As mentioned in a previous review (this time we only stayed a few days to bridge between other accommodations), they really have an issue with the cleaning. Last time during our long stay, this was fixed and we thought it was a mishap, but this time again many disgustlingly dirty areas in the room (overall it is ok in the same way you would accept at a youth hostel, but the good ones are cleaner). Only obvious and easily reachable surfaces seem to be cleaned. The gym exists, but seems to be completely unmaintained. The machines start to rust away from the humidity of the next door's pool. Given the level of service and the condition of the rooms and facilities, it is clearly overpriced and there are better options around.

Room was a very good size & had all that was required. Room was cleaned daily & everything stocked up.

Property was in an excellent location and the rooms were large, very well equipped and spotlessly clean. The staff were very friendly and the cost of the apartment was really great value.

Not much to criticise at all. The hotel is an appartment hotel so you don’t have bar or restaurant but you know that when you book. Sydney has so many wonderful dining options so who needs a hotel restaurant anyway!

Location is not as convenient as other places we have previously stayed at. Not sure about safety at night as it’s close to some pubs.

The room was spectacular and luxurious, it was an absolutely fantastic experience. My partner and I celebrated our anniversary on Valentine's day and the staff were so generous and pleasant through the entire stay. The jacuzzi was to die for, and the room was gorgeous. Couldn't have asked for a better experience, will definitely be staying again!

Parking. The night we stayed was very busy (understandable for Valentine's day!) and the valet filled up very quickly (x8 vehicle capacity). This is unfortunate but it can't be helped, it was a popular destination for many. The staff did an excellent job explaining how the parking system worked at the nearby Wilson's carpark and greatly facilitated this change to our plans. It was a non-issue thanks to their lovely help.

Great pool/spa area, nice spacious apartment with good amenities.

The beds were so small & the pillows so thin. Very noisy with street noise below.

The location and the structure of the accommodation were fine.

The soundproofing was completely lacking, so outside noise was transmitted directly, making it especially noisy on Saturday nights, making it difficult to sleep. Even though we cleaned every day, there were so many flies, perhaps coming in through the drain.

Nothing it was great

Great location. The room was comfortable, clean and had all the facilities you could wish for. Great touches with dishwasher tablets and washing machine tablets included.

Nice big rooms that are well furnished

Unfortunately, the rooms are not entirely clean and there are drain flies in the shower. Furthermore, the whirlpool produces an excessive amount of foam — one might almost think that shampoo has been added, but this appears to be due to dirty water.All in all, it is a shame that such a great hotel has to receive such a poor review due to mismanagement.

Location, bed, products, swimming pool and hot tub

If you wanted your room cleaned you didn’t leave a sign outside of the door and this resulted in the room not being cleaned every day. Having said that when we mentioned it, cleaning was then sorted.

Close to everything, shows, transport, easy well to Harbour

The room was just as described and the location was perfect for walking to the attractions and local restaurants.

I didn't like how noisy it was, You could hear all of the street noise all day long, but especially early in the morning as delivery trucks came down the alley that the window overlooked, so it made it very difficult to rest.
