Pymble Hotel

Our 4th Stay at Nightcap Pymble.The staff are always polite, food is great and the rooms are always super clean. Cost per night is better than many others in the area and the location is great.

I cant fault this place even after 4 visits.

Great location and the staff are very helpful and patient. The room is extremely well insulated from train noise (as it is on a railway line), and the bathroom refurbishments are very well done. Great value and a comfortable stay.

The bedding is a little bit soft and the pillows are very spongy, The noise from inconsiderate patrons staying in the hotel is always an issue due to it being an older hotel.

Friendly staff, convenient location, Comfortable beds, Ear plugs were provided on the bedside table but we didn't need them at all

Rooms at the front are quite noisy with traffic from the highway, but earplugs are provided.

From the outside, it looks like an old hotel but when you step in, it's tastefully decorated. Going upstairs, my room was really clean, lovely decor and a really nice bathroom, which was spacious and modern. It exceeded my expectations. There was also a complimentary drink and discounts off meals. You couldn't ask for more.

Nothing really, I was happy with the whole experience. At first I thought it was going to be noisy, being right on the main road but I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was during he night.

Nice decent size rooms and modern, complimentary water and the shower was amazing. The bathroom was almost as big as the room which was good but odd.

The bed in room 9 was honestly really uncomfortable - it has a dip you roll in. Not great.Not being able to open or see out the window is a bummer.

The room came with a pub attached! and $20 off cost for drinks & dinner. Very new & clean room, very comfy bed.

Bed was comfortable, room very clean, near the train station, staff were lovely. The food was nice and very well priced

Room was very small with no option but to sit or lie on the bed. No IGA or supermarket close by - about a 40-minute walk away. Difficult to cross the road to get to the train station as hotel just before the expressway - would be good to have a crossing nearby.

Very friendly staff and a convenient location very close to Pymble train station. Bathroom was fabulous. My only comment was the room was quite small, however all very clean and comfortable and excellent value for money!

Room was small but had everything we needed for an overnight stay. Ate in the restaurant downstairs and the food was good and the staff very friendly.Be aware that the hotel is between the railway line and a busy main road so some rooms are likely to be noisy although they did provide ear plugs.

Well appointed rooms, clean and fresh and use the (small) space well. Great shower. Friendly staff. Well located for my needs. Parking on site. Decent pub downstairs. Didn't hear traffic noise.

The location was ok, although parking was always a problem due to patrons in the hotel. Should consider reserved parking for hotel guests.

Making our beds everyday friendly staff complimentary drinks quality coffee milk close to train station to city visit circular quay with ease quiet.

A sewer smell from somewhere but abit of airfresh or putting aircon on sorted it out parking is a pain with regulars but not too bad all in all a good place to stay maybe swap mattresses around would help with sinking feeling at pillow end as a suggestion. And toilet roll is rear of dunny so a little uncomfortable to reach .

Spotlessly clean, modern and comfy. Don't wanna say too much cos it may just get too popular. 5 minute walk to train....free on site parking. Brilliant.Justin, the manager was a delight!
