Really comfortable beds, great aircon, good parking, convenient location for accessing main roads.

The ladies bathroom was not clean and the bins and linen bin weren’t emptied throughout my stay.

Receptionist was friendly and helpful but over worked. Need more staff.

Bins were overflowing in the room , toilet, and bathrooms. Dirty dishes in the kitchen and no detergent to wash up. No tea towels to dry. No tissues in the room. Showers were dirty. People were clearly smoking in their rooms.

The staff were accommodating, the room service was good and the room was basic, but clean.

As soon as you walk in there was a dead cockroach on the floor. The places was dirty. Staff were rude over the phone. Tried to leave the aircon on during the day to cool down the room while we were out, only to come back to staff having turned them off on us. The aircon barely worked as is.

The room had a strong mouldy smell, which made it very uncomfortable to stay in. The bed was on wheels without any brakes, so it kept moving easily, which felt unsafe and inconvenient. At night, the street noise was very loud, making it hard to sleep. There was also a constant electrical buzzing sound in the room, which was disturbing.The shared bathroom facilities are very old. There was no handheld shower, and some of the shower heads and taps were leaking and not working properly.What made the experience even worse was that there is no 24-hour front desk. In the early morning, I forgot to bring my key card when going to the bathroom and was locked out in the middle of the night, with no one available to help. I had to wait until the front desk staff came back in the morning. This is extremely inconvenient and not user-friendly at all.

We had the family room which was surprisingly large, quiet-ish, and comfy for a pub. The beds we super comfortable and felt like they were brand new. I went there expecting to find just a jug, but this place had 2 jugs, a microwave, stove, and even a washing machine.The staff were lovely. The chef was away on holidays so there was only a smaller menu, but it was fine.

The only downside was the 43c day when we were there. The aircons were struggling due to the heat which wasn’t the hotel’s fault.

room was satisfactory as advertised. non issues here. staff were friendly and helpful. I did not get a chance to use the bistro or bar facilities. perfect location for the purpose of my stay.

only 1 very small cramped female shower for all staying guests??? this caused line up and long delay at peak time, also lack of bench/surface area to place belongings while in in the bathroom. main callout is that a cockroach found in shower bathroom. this is the clearest sign on dirty unhygienic facilities. unable to tell staff as this was after hours.

I liked everything

The staff were fantastic and so helpful. The facility is good and the rooms are comfortable. Shared bathrooms were ok. Quite small and tight. There needs to be a door put on the men’s bathroom as it was quite disconcerting walking past. The road noise can’t be helped but is pretty constant but expected. Overall, a good place to stay in a convenient location to the stadium. Staff definitely made the stay wonderful.

The young girl (unsure of name) she has braces she was working on the bar she was lovely and interacted with myself.

The service staff weren’t organised well enough. I didn’t like how they hover over players while playing in the gaming room. Each time I went to the bar the staff were unable to find drinks that I had asked for even though I could see them in plain site. One gentleman was on his phone and whenI asked questions he didn’t seemTo care too much. I asked about towels and instead of finding out from another staff member he stated the laundry staff start at 3 just wait for them to come in. The room o was in had holes in wall. The complementary milk in fridge was all open and didn’t notice this until next morning. The bathrooms were old and unclean. There was no sink in men’s bathroom to wash hands or brush teeth the guests had to wash hands in shower or bath. Knowing there is a concert on they could at least boost up the atmosphere a bit more and play some music around the genre of the bands that are playing.

Drink vouchers were nice and the room was nice. Location good.

My bed was missing one of its feet so the bed was unstable and sleep was uncomfortable. (Room 4) Soap missing from bathrooms

Professional staff

Everything about it, too noisy, had to walk through drunken people to get to my room. Felt so unsafe, so we checked out again within 5 minutes. Bed was making noise as well when I sat o it for 2 minutes. Very old facility

Even though it was non-smoking rooms, the smell of smoke was coming into our rooms. Dorm style bathrooms/shared was slightly inconvenient.
