Rooms and common areas were physically beautiful

We had problem with hot water (too much -- no cold). When it was fixed, the "apology" note said that the situation had just begun that day, which was not true -- it had begun the day before.

The staff went out of their way to make sure our stay was wonderful.

The steam room in the health club didn't seem to be working

Luxurious. Great service. Caring staff.

Breakfast served in temporary location was fine, but staff not up to speed, food cold, and service not what we expected.

Comfortable, clean, beautifully appointed, probably one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at. Stylish but not pretentious made for a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. Wonderfully generous sized room and bathroom well furnished. Very happy staying at this hotel.

Exorbitant V-Day pricing grossly outstretched the hotels value proposition. The kitchen was closed and under renovation, meanwhile room service was a rip off. ($25 for a bowl of chips ($15 chips + $10 tray/room delivery fee)

No mini bar in the room anymore, losing its status quickly for me now with the clear cost reductions happening, only 4 pillows on the bed instead of 6, minimal towels in bathroom……

We had a nice view over the harbour. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable.

Quiet, cozy and the scent of the Hotel. I love Langham London , I stayed at Langham Sydney because of my experience in London. The concierge service is Excellent. People were very helpful and kind. Especially Raul and Vini. They arranged everything for me very quick.

I stayed at this hotel recently, and while I was initially excited because it’s part of a well-known international brand that I usually enjoy, my experience this time was disappointing.The room was not up to standard. It clearly needed some refurbishment, and the cleanliness was below expectations. On the first day of my stay, housekeeping didn’t clean the room at all! Second day, One of the main issues I had was with the bedding. I had asked for the bedsheets to be changed, but they only replaced the duvet cover and left the same sheets and pillowcases — even though the pillowcase had visible stains on it. I had to follow up again to get the sheets replaced.In addition, I had a bad experience with one of the receptionists who was not helpful or understanding. When I asked for something as simple as hand towels, it took quite a long time for them to arrive, and there was no sense of urgency or proper follow-up. Even the duty manager was not very cooperative when I raised these concerns.I really wanted to enjoy my stay because I usually trust this brand, but unfortunately, the level of service and cleanliness at this particular location did not meet the expectations that come with the name.

Great room(Delux) bed amazing so large and comfortable. The feel of the hotle is vey old world charm yet modern facilities. Bar great cocktails amazing. Staff very friendly and welcoming. We used the pool and spa which was very nice.I will definitely stay again.Thanks

Location is not absolutely prime

The staff was extremely helpful getting us a room for an early checkin and upgrading our accomodations. The suites we stayed in were spacious and well furnished. The location is teriffic in the Rocks. We like staying in a smaller low rise hotel.

The pool was great on the 43 degree day. The breakfast on the first two days was amazing and the hot food came out in a timely manner. The welcome was great as we had a couple of guests from Italy and one of the concierge staff was Italian also. It was walking distance to Barangaroo

We had to switch all the lights off from the master switch in the evening as the lights switch did not work. And our doorbell also did not work as our friends were waiting for us outside of our room for sometime. And the renovations in the breakfast room started quite early and was quite noisy. And on your last day when the renovations started I waited way too long for my poached eggs. My friends had finished their breakfast and my toast was cold. The eggs were way too long to come out
