Nightcap at Colyton Hotel

Price was great, parking was easy, 10% off in the restaurant got me to eat there 4 times lol, loved the complimentary drink vouchers. Will definitely stay again.

Bed was really uncomfortable. I think it was 2 singles zipped together which is really common but either side of the bed was really soft and there was a big hard hump right down the middle. Everything else was s9 good that I will still stay again and hopefully they can consider replacing their beds soon.

Close to where we needed to go

The reception room for the Hotel was dirty. Floor even had a blue glove on the floor. First impression bad. Smoke butts every where infront of our room.

One thing I didn't like is the long life milk very small amount

I had a bad dream, im superstical and feel like someone died there..

The rooms were great and clean. Facilities in the room met expectations.

There was not much room in the bathroom for make up and toilet bags. Small inconvenience really.

Nice clean facilities, friendly staff only issue was the AC wasn't working to well, otherwise all good

The gap where the ceiling met the wall in the shower& the bubbled paint on the other side of the wall.(room 5).

Not worth it. Room was dirty - dust everywhere, cockroaches & flying insects in the beds . Kids freaked out screaming . Bed comfy but no sleep due to bugs. Money totally wasted. Wouldn't recommend.

The motel was back from the road, so noice was minimal. Room was clean, enough room for 3 adults to be comfortable. Shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash provided. Kettle, coffee etc was generous. Complimentary bottles of water appreciated. Beds were comfortable enough.

The single bed was on wheels and kept moving when I sat down and getting into bed. Also it needed to be moved in order to get door open. There was no cloth to clean benchtops, and a tea towel would have been helpful.

I chose this hotel because it was close to my work assignment, and there weren’t many alternatives in the area.

The rate was quite high for a suburban location, almost the same as hotels in Sydney and the facilities didn’t fully match the price point. Check-in also took some time as staff weren’t immediately available.

I liked the location, convenience to hotel & shops

The room was a bit small & because of a broken waterpipe we had no water for showers or toilets on Saturday morning.

staff were pleasant & the Bistro was excellent

My room 17 had no hot water for several days, My wife stayed the first night & rang the manager and complained.I discussed it with several of the managers who agreed it was not good however it was hand balled to someone else.I had several staff in rooms 1,2,3 & their Hot Water for the showers were good.One manager offered us a free meal but he left when were paidI spent approx. $5000 on accommodation and meals & drinks in their Bistro.I want compensation for room 17This morning the water was turned off, due to maintenance at 6am so I could not have a shower or run the bathroom tap

Love that every year i stay my Dogs are welcome! Staff are super friendly. Lovely meals And love that there is security til late or early mornings.Easy check in and check out

Staff were great the pub was great and the rooms were great

The bed was comfortable. I liked how there was a bistro there for dinner and didn’t have to drive. It’s great having on site car parking.

The shower product holder (caddy) is at head height, husband hit head on it. No breakfast facilities
