Clean room, excellent location meters away from a train station, supermarket, cafes and takeaway food outlets.

Housekeeping in hotel is good on weekdays but poor on weekends with no service on Sundays.

Great location, working A/C, and a lovely bathroom!

Location - close to St Leonards train station, Crows Nest and the Hospital.

The room was spacious and had all the comforts of home: Full laundry facilities, full kitchen with DW and refrigerator/freezer, microwave, etc., and a great bathroom with plenty of storage. Pool/Fitness facilities were great.

Good location near two metro stations for getting into the city, also very near a large supermarket and some takeaway places. Generally spacious, comfortable and bright rooms. Pool came with a jacuzzi for use in colder weather. Rooms come with a hob and microwave so was able to eat in on some nights to save money.

Area isn't the most interesting for walking around in despite the above, although not a problem if you're spending most of the time in the city. Would have been nice if hotel had a bar although not the biggest issue. Pool is out of the sun all day so not the warmest, most people used the jacuzzi only instead.

Our room was great, however, normally the pillows have been more comfortable to lie, this time they were a little lumpy and uncomfortable. The ease of booking in and car parking is excellent.

Good location, close to the train station and hospital. The room has everything you need. Staff was really friendly and helpful.

Would've really liked more closet space for a week's stay.

Location was great because this property is a short walk from a train station, a metro station, and many restaurants. This property was also very clean and well maintained.

The pool is fancy but was too cold to get in a swim. It didn't seem to be heated. The jacuzzi was heated though.

Excellent location, with train and metro making it easy to get into the city. Very friendly and helpful reception. We arrived early and was allowed to park and leave our car which was very helpful. We have stayed there on several occasions and have always been impressed.

Clean and spacious rooms, great value for money. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly.

On-site parking is a bit expensive however at $40/day

I'm a light sleeper, so I felt the noise from the freeway and the odd yahoo from someone a little intoxicated on the way home from the pub woke me up. But not that hotel's fault. Just my opinion from a light sleeper. I did have my windows open, so it probably was quieter if I closed them.

Perfect location to walk and grab Oliver Brown’s breakfast, Subway lunch and Bon Pollo Halal Chicken dinner. Gated secure parking was easily accessible behind hotel underground.

No lounge chair to sit back and watch tv. Too uncomfortable to only sit in a desk chair or propped up on the bed.

Close to train station. Friendly staff. Enjoyed hot tub. Handy to have laundry in hotel. Cost of stay very reasonable.

Rooms were quite tight, especially at the foot of the bed. Parking was quite pricey at $40 per night.

Wife thought it was nearly best hotel she had stayed in. I don't rate it that high (we have stayed in a lot of hotels around the world) but it is very and surprisingly good. It had all the mod cons including, laundry and dishwasher.

Parking not included, and was $40 which was avoided at their advice, which was helpful, as weekend parking is freee.

LOCATED 5MINS FROM TRAIN STATION, COLES, RESTAURANTS, BAKERY, TAVERNS & PUBS IF NOT WANTING TO LEAVE THE AREA. STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND ALWAYS HELPFUL. POOL AREA WAS CLEAN & SPA JUST NEEDS TO BE REPAIRED. ALWAYS FRESH TOWELS AND GYM HAD ENOUGH EQUIPMENT TO DO A WORKOUT. OUR ROOM CAME WITH A KITCHEN AREA AND A MINI FRIDGE WHICH IS HANDY FOR THOSE NOT WANTING TO GO OUT. OVERALL WE ENJOYED OUR STAY
