Very good location and close to the mall and public transportation (Bus and Train). Food is very accessible. The staff is very helpful

I like the location and rooms are large , beds are comfortable, in general was very safe.

In last day , we didn't have water in kitchen and oven was not function, I called reception desk, and she told me she will call me back, she never call and I didn't follow up anymore, other than that hotel was good clean and comfortable and safe. I suggset them get better pot non stickable although their pans was good

I arrived on the day with severe rain and wind, all wet at check in time! I knew I would stay in Quest Chatswood for 2 nights and asked whether there was any umbrella for borrowing. The staff just said no with not much expression of care about the guest's condition. I suggest your apartment to purchase some umbrellas and can lend to guests by taking deposits and if they have not returned the umbrellas or any damage, it is fair to take their deposits.

The website indicated parking was included in the cost of the stay. However, a parking fee was charged by the property and the staff indicated "I should have known, as all other guests know".My recommendation is that the website includes the cost of all "addons", so it is clear what additional charges may be incurred.

Clean room with accommodating staff. Even though there was construction near the parking entrance at night, I did not hear it at all in my room. Great location near the mall and public transportation.

The shower had a leak by the glass partition and the water went towards the toilet. The water was easy to wipe away. We talked to the front desk team member and she quickly told another coworker who came up to take a look immediately. We agreed that after we checked out the caulk would have time to set so the next customers wouldn’t have to deal with the same issue. This makes sense since we didn’t want the caulk to not set and the work would have been for nothing. In the meantime he laid an extra towel and would tell the cleaning team to do the same. It was great how he could solve our issue and give us 2 options with how to deal with the leak. He also clearly explained how it also takes time for the caulk to set.

Staff at reception were friendly and greeted me kindly. When Uber was slow one morning they offered to help and booked me a taxi. They were just so nice.And my room was cleaned beautifully every day - spotless.

Excellent location, clean and comfortable accommodation, and friendly staff.

The location to the train station and shopping/dining was excellent. Very close to family who live in Willoughby. Room was very clean and quiet. Adequate facilities in the room. I didn't hear any noise from any neighbouring rooms. We had two rooms and were put on the same floor level which was convenient.

It was so close to restaurants and shopping centre, which was great, as I could just park my car and walk everywhere

I liked it all but was disappointed as the suite I booked online said I had a bathtub, but the suite I got only had a shower

We have stayed here before & have never been disappointed. Its in a central location to restaurants & shops & access to the metro line gets us into the city easily.

Nice room, clean and tidy, very close to all amenities, shops, etc

The overhead fan over the cooktop would not turn off so we had to listen to it the whole time. We were told that it is due to the fact that the fire alarm is connected to the hospital and that's why we can't turn the fan off. If you have the air conditioning on you may not hear it anyway but if the air conditioning is not on you will be hearing it. It would bother some people and not others.

Staff are very friendly and felt warmly welcomed as guests.

I wish the hotel would have warned us there was a big construction in front of the building which the construction started at the very early hours which weren't pleasant at all! Although the balcony door did its job but noises were inevitably unavoidable.

Location is great. Place itself is ok but nothing special.

There is a construction site across the road and they started loading rocks on the truck early morning which woke me up

Had requested two single beds but this was supplied Table on balcony broken How to enter the building was not clear was not told to enter via basement carpark Had $100 debited to my account on Friday 14/3 as of now the $100 pending has not been released although I have made 3 calls to have this amended

The shower - the floor grades away from it & there is no way to avoid saturating the whole bathroom floor.
