Clean, spacious and close to family

Hotel suits my needs. Clean tidy and quiet considering proximity to road. No Opera house views and not close to fashionable restaurants, but you can still get to those if you have a car and can park it in their free parking bays.

Very clean, comfortable and spacious, handy location.

Received a scam WhatsApp message wanting payment details. Staff member suggested it was from booking.com, however I have several other bookings at different locations and it’s only been this motel it’s happened with!

Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms.

It was super clean, the beds were really comfortable, lots of pillows and spacious room.

The rooms could have been better stocked with plates and cutlery, for example, and wine glasses. An ice facility in the building would have been good, or even an ice tray in the freezer of the bar fridge.

Very clean spacious and modern inside

Breakfast was very very good. Location was OK, only because we didn't know the area. Our car didn't have GPS.

Last room available which was really for wheelchairs/invalid use. Bit impersonal.

The place was very clean, comfortable beds, parking and Wifi available and working fine. Location is not far from the motorway. Host was welcoming and helpful..

Nothing to dislike as it well meets all expectations for the stay.

Property was well managed, really clean and located near the motorway.

I am not sure if they will include washing machine and microwave oven inside the room it would be more convenient. Surely, they can charge for extra services.

We stayed here 9 nights in a twin room. From the time we checked in, we were met by Joseph. He was super lovely, friendly, nothing was a hassle. His wife Mary was just as lovely and friendly and a pleasure to deal with.Our room was on the top floor, it was clean, comfortable, spacious. The best part was the bath tub. The beds were super comfy, we had heaps of pillows (which I love) and air-conditioned in the room worked a treat. Our room was serviced everyday with clean towels, beds made and rubbish removed.The laundry (washing machine and separate dryer) worked well for our needs. I was surprised there wasn't a microwave but we found a great place to eat at The Collingwood Hotel. We bought snacks and noodles if we felt peckish. There was a jug with tea and coffee and milk was topped up everyday.Thank you Joseph and Mary!!

The receptionist was very friendly, the room was spotless, there was no noise around, everything was very clean.

The staff were super friendly and liked the check in 24/7. I had my meal which needed to be warmed in microwave and the staff warmed my food. Would recommend

The safe didn't work (batteries no good) and for me personally I found the pillows were the same which were too big and firm for me.

It was extremely clean and well maintained. It was secure and quiet. Staff couldn’t not do more to help me with my sons expensive bike and stored it for me overnight

Great location for being on the edge of Sydney metro area. Not far for shopping and better price than closer in the city with easy access into the cbd of Sydney if needed.

Location was good for a stop off Brisbane to Melbourne.

The air conditioning didn't seem to be very cool but was better than nothing.

Great people to look after you and I was late check-in. Good food a few minutes walk. Very relaxed and comfortable.

TV locked out first night and was just free to air

Everything was fine, bar the location.

The location. Leaving the property and wanting to travel on the main highway to Canberra I had to turn towards Liverpool about 400metres the do a u turn to get back to where I was going on the main highway.

Staff, welcoming, great communication, my mother required the accessibility room and it was amazing. The staff were understanding and helped us extend our stay last minute at a great price.
