Silkari Suites at Chatswood

Everything. Size of apartment, having two bathrooms, friendly staff, easy parking.

Super spacious, clean and great undercover parking. It’s situated in the heart of Chatswood so it was great being able to just pop down for food and shopping.

Staff were helpful

The Air conditioner did not work, the water in the room tap was grey and dirty. Additionally, we were never informed about a flooding that could have impacted our stay at the hotel. It's frustrating to come back after a long day at work to a hot or damp room.

It was close to the Concourse

We booked this last minute to attend the NRL Grand Final. Location was perfect for us with good transport links to stadium and into Sydney CBD. Hotel was clean and rooms were great. Plenty of parking available in the shopping complex next door. Would strongly recommend if you don't need to be in the city itself.

Convenient location. Quiet rooms, well equipped.

Only quibble the hot water in the shower and the kitchen certainly wasn’t hot, lukewarm at best. Ok in the summer months but would be unpleasant in colder months.

It is not for the first time we stay with Silkari and it's a great option to spend some time in Chatswood, shopping or just enjoy the variety of Asian restaurants. They offer a barista service for guests and it's nice to have a barista made coffee in the morning

I know you offer barista style coffee in the morning but it would be great to have better coffee in the room. We travel quite a lot and I can easily rate yours the worst. It is hard to tell if it's chocolate or coffee. There are so many good options out there so I am surprised with the choice. This time we stayed at the 2nd floor in a room facing the school and it was very noisy starting 5 am or so if not earlier. It will be great to offer a gym and also an option to recycle at the B level.

Arrival was smooth and check was seamless with a welcoming happy looking front desk, The hotel waived the fee for extra bed for my daughter whichis rare in this modern hotel business.The accomodation was very comfortable. The facilities were ok. The service staff were exceptional. There were quick responds to issues like door jamming and unable to open safe lock. You are well looked after here and everone makes sure you enjoyed your stay.The location is one of the best places you can stay. Everything is within reach including transportation, shopping, restaurant. Train station is only few walks away.My family and I were quite impressed by the hospitality shown us and we surely did enjoy our stay.

Nothing really, though we would have loved to have stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment instead of 2 bedroom.

Unfortunately nothing - the only thing I can even come up with is that its a short walk from the metro. Could not recommend to anyone ever again.

This was possibly the worst experience not to mention unsafe experience I have ever had in a hotel and I have stayed in many many hotels/service apartments. The room I was in had been flooded, I was told that I could not be moved, the carpets were wet when I walked on them and also then created a hazard when I walked to the bathroom due to slipping on the tiles, the hairdryer was faulty and unsafe and no one from the property communicated there had been a flood either before I checked in, during my check in or event after. I was meant to stay 2 nights and packed up and left after 1 after being told there were no other room options due to being booked. Then suddenly was offered another room however my guess was that it would have meant some other guest would be put in my original room and I chose to leave instead of risking someone else having to be in that room. I get water issues happen but it should be clearly communicated to guest and they should not be put in circumstance which felt unsafe and unacceptable.

Room size was great, staff were friendly and helpful. Location exceptional for a stay in Sydney. Daily cleaning service was super. Close to Chatswood transport interchange. The Metro service is a game changer for Sydney.

Lifts were overburdened due to maintenance, and gym was unavailable also due to maintenance. Temporary issues, but a negative for my stay.

Clean. Good location. Good parking. Friendly staff.

Close to everything, spacious, quiet within the city, a nice getaway

A better choice in pillows and less "crunchy" sheets (I get you need to use starch, but it makes the sheets noisy). I also think the price was a little high for the facilities of the room itself. And blackout blinds would have been amazing

Not our first stay at Silkari Chatswood. Location is perfect and great value for money. Easy to get to and close to great shopping and a short walk to the train station to get you anywhere you want in Sydney. Rooms are always clean and definitely not a complete shoe box

That we didn't have more time in Sydney

Rooms were clean and modern and good size for a family.

the lift from basement carpark was difficult to find it. we mistakenly had taken the lift for the staff and stuck.It would be better we could see the sign easy.ex. This is for staff only etc..

Location. Apartment was roomy and great for two couples

The car park was complete maze and the bottom level smelt horrendous. The second bedroom in the flat only had a glass sliding door so less privacy for that room

Easily accessible to train, shops and eating options. Great for family stays

We were given an upgrade, which was lovely. Comfortable bed, and various pillows to choose from. Good location. A very pleasant stay. Only criticism would be the beeps when the fridge door opened each time. How was I supposed to do a sneaky fridge raid in the middle of the night?

An enjoyable trip. Easy to find the hotel, good parking, and spacious rooms. Will stay again!

Stayed here for my regular trip to Sydney and its always good. Staff friendly, remember me and help me with the room i am after
