Location, very friendly and helpful reception staff, value for money, free easy internet access, balcony

Staff were great - gave a late checkout and an extended stay for our car as we had a matinee show to attendlocation was good and the room clean with enough space

the long curtains didn't have any backing and let in a lot of light so tha the room was not dark with the lights out.

The staff lady Manon was friendly and very helpful, she did everything she could to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The room was comfortable and we loved the gym and the proximity to the city.

The spa pool was a bit cold for us.

Room was tidy but tied.The floor in the Shower looked like it has mould as it was blackish looking and it smelt a bit funny

The place had all we needed. We asked for some more mugs and coffee, and they were supplied. There is a dishwasher in the room.Chippendale is a quiet, nice neighborhood

we stayed twice on two different ocassions and the tv channels worked better in one room.

It’s less than 900 m from Central Station. The reception staff are very nice and helpful. The room is well-prepared, very clean, and warm.

The maintenance guy knocked on our door around 7 a.m. to check the fire alarm system. I couldn’t get the long sleep I was hoping for :).

Apt had all the amenities of home

Advertised heated pool but heater was not working & water very cold. Tight parking in underground garage

Great apartment in a very central and wonderful location. Everything was within walking distance and we did not have to use the car. The host was very helpful and flexible with our checkin as we were coming from another town. Definitely will stay here again.

Location is great and ease of access is fantastic. On site car parking a plus. Spacious enough for 2 people. Sofa bed comfortable.

It definitely could have been cleaner. The main areas were ok but windows & mirrors were grubby with something smeared into one of them. Switches and that type of thing had good layer of dust on them.

Overall the stay was below average, the noise from outside was very loud from the road, making it hard to sleep. The duvet had stains all over it and the overall hygiene of the room was not great. The facilities in the room were decent but the television wouldn’t work.

Most comfortable bed I’ve slept in for a long time! Very helpful hosts. Good facilities.

Close to redfern train station.

We arrived for 2pm check in to be told our room wasn’t ready. We asked how long it would be and we were told that the cleaners were on lunch, so probably about 45 minutes. The staff then reminded us that it was guaranteed 2pm check in but there wasn’t much she could do. We told the staff that we had someone to be and needed to get ready (the reason we chose this property was because it had 2pm check in). We were told we could get ready in the public bathroom in reception. We had to wait out the front of the property for 45 minutes. Overall very unprofessional and was not apologetic about the whole situation.

The customer service was exceptional. They gave us an early check in at no extra cost. The beds were really comfortable. The woman at the front desk was really friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool was awesome, with a great view.

Nothing negative to say. It was so much cheaper than any other accommodation that close to the CBD.

Location

There were lots of noisy guests. People yelling at each other in the next door apartment. This was 3 nights out of four even though they were door knocked and asked to keep it quiet. Even though we had a noon checkout organised at 1140 cleaning staff knocked on the door asking how long we will be and we were made felt uncomfortable as though we were being told to hurry upOn exit of the room the walkway was blocked with cleaning trolley on one side and vacuum cleaner on the other side making it almost impossible to get to the elevators with our luggage without twisting and turning. This would be considered a trip and fall hazard in most environments particularly for seniors like us not having the agility of 20 year olds

Location. Easy to check in/out. Clean apartment, gym, pool.

The fridge door did not seal (the rubber seal is so old and broken), so the fridge did not work well, and certainly the freezer did not work. It had not been defrosted since the end of the last Ice Age. Keeping frozen food or ice creams in the fridge was out of the question. Very annoying in the summer. If I knew about this problem I would have booked elsewhere.
