It was in a convenient location and the staff very helpful.

I found the rooms a little noisy from the next room and a nearby building. I must state that most of the evening and night was fine and the disruption was brief.

The location was good for our purpose. It was opposite the depot where we had organised to pick up our hired campervan. It was good to have an on-site restaurant. The room was dated but clean, bed was large and comfortable.

When we arrived the reception area smelt very strongly of cigarette smoke, presumably from the gambling rooms which are on-site. The restaurant in the evening was also affected by this (not in the morning for breakfast). We felt sorry for the staff working in these conditions.

Option for dinner - food was good value

Very noisy of a night time, didn't feel overly safe. I didn't realise it was motel style with limited safety.

Clean place & friendly staff. Good value for money. Pllenty of space for parking, even for a walk!

Would have been good to mention that there are no lifts.

The staff at were incredibly friendly and helpful. From check-in to check-out, they were attentive and responsive to our needs. Their professionalism and courtesy made our stay truly enjoyable.*Cleanliness:*The hotel's cleanliness was impressive. The rooms were spotless, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job in maintaining high standards of hygiene throughout the property.

The Resturant had great meals and good price ,and breakfast was also very good

Make u pay some bond then tell you you get it back as soon as you check out waiting 3 days now still don’t have it messaged and called about 12 times and nothing

Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, Good breakfast, Location, reasonable car parking space (even though there was no dedicated space for each room).

Most of these items were informed to the reception which choose not to do anything even though they said they would.1. The telephone in the room did not work so I had to walk all the way to the reception/office building to tell them about the below issues.2. The fridge was switched off when we arrived so it took some to start working properly.3. The room Aircon (heating) was not on so we came into a cold room (in winter) that took some time to warm up.4. The TV remote did not work properly even though we were able to switch on/off the TV with the remote. So having a TV in the room was useless.5. Bathroom cupboards and bathtub needing some updates.6. Toiletries: Shampoo/body wash liquids smelled so bad that we used our own from the shops.7. Swimming pool was not cleaned and the excuse was the winter (outdoor pool is not heated). I am happy to take a plunge during Sydney winter as it's not very cold.The property is more of a motel instead of a hotel.

Liked how the room was spacious and the bed was nice and big

Not enough lights on the ceiling, made the room seem dark and small. The whole room smelt like a strong chlorine smell. Towels smelt like grease. I don't know how much more expensive is a nice scented surface cleaner and laundry detergent compared to an unscented one. They saved a few cents in costs I guess. Lucky I brought my own towel with me.

The staff were very accommodating, our easy check-in and late check out.Free breakfast, big room and I loved the king size bed.Definitely value for money

No microwave, but the bistro let me heat up my food with their microwave so i appreciated that.The aircon wasn't very cold. The room felt a bit stuffy and warmer than the outside temperature. But it wasn't really a hindrance, just an observation. Not sure what summer would be like though.

The comfort and the location.Staff are always welcoming & friendly.The buffet hot breakfast is amazing, the restaurant that provides for lunch and dinner has quality meals at an affordable price. The rooms are equipped with all the amenities you need and also are very clean and maintained.

Foul cigarette smell throughout the buildings including restaurants. Breakfast was good but exact same breakfast every morning of our stay. Would have loved yoghurt or other fruit choices. Given it was Easter weekend, room service was minimal but I am sure it is better other times.

The room had a funny smell and it was not good. No phone or clocks in the room. Just had a TV. Bed was very comfortable and there is plenty of parking. The little couch/futon is was hard, creaky and just cheap. I’ve stayed in cheaper hotels that look nicer and definitely don’t have that smell. Would not book this hotel again.

Whats not to like? The bed was so comfortable and we arrived to find we had our room upgraded to the best one there! The service was fantastic..room service and their own restaurant and bar. Free parking and great location.

Every thing was close n handy.. spacious room, lovely breakfast. The only let down was l couldnt use pool. I have artificial elbow n a railing would have been awesome
