So many details were taken care of such as the provision of soap for the laundry machine. There was a small container of milk for the coffee. Staff were so patient and helpful. Their smiles always made me feel welcome.

I really can’t think of a single thing apart from our room facing another building so there was no view. I trade that for all the rest no worries.

The appliances are not maintained. Dishwasher wasn’t working ( had to put in a service request).I couldn’t turn on the Oven (didn’t bother to put a request) Staff should check the cleanliness of utensils which are provided

Handy location to Darling Harbour, room was clean and tidy and the bed was comfortable.

Carpet could be upgraded.

2 BEDROOM APARTMENT BOOKED - ONE ROOM DOUBLE BED AND ONE ROOM 2 X SINGLE BEDS ON ARRIVAL THE SECOND ROOM HAD A QUEEN BED AND NOT 2 X SINGLES AS BOOKED- THIS MADE YOUR GUEST UNCOMFORABLE TO SHARE A QUEEN BED.

The location was the closest to where we needed to get to on a daily basis, esp. the duration of our stay in Sydney

Just 2 things. There was no handle to hold onto whilst getting out of the bath tub, which was risky for me.The other things was that the hot plate wasn't heating up quickly, and there was not mention in the kitchen if the china-ware were microwavable. I know I would have asked at the reception but kept forgetting to do so.

It was a 1 bedroom unit just perfect for the us. My wife and I were comfortable in our private room while our son stayed on the couch-bed.

No TV in the bedroom, only in the living room area

They stay was great, pleasantly received a free upgrade on arrival. Rooms were clean and easy to use. The location is easy enough to get to places, thanks to the light rail. If it wasn't for the light rail, it would most definitely be troublesome to get to other locations

The staff were mostly accommodating. Understandably when things weren't done incorrectly by guests, the staff usually approached people pleasantly however, there was one that seemed to berate the guests and clearly showing their frustrations while doing their job. Did not make it easy for guests to approach that staff. Like mentioned, they were MOSTLY approachable, attentive and accommodating.Maybe the need to provide directions to use the appliances would be better. I did find that no matter what I did, the dryer I used didn't dry very well, requiring me to use several cycles to dry my items with it less than half full.The lighting to the rooms with the windows that viewed into the building were very dim. Thankfully, the lamps were better used that the light switch.

Brilliant location and value for money. Good facilities in the room. I would definitely return.

A few cleanliness issues. Didn't like having to empty the bins - thought that would be part of the service.One of the towels had 'fluff' go everywhere - don't know if it was a tissue through the wash or poor quality towel.

Good location. Lovely room. Great swimming pool. Friendly, helpful staff.

The pool, spa, and gym were great. Unfortunately, the room wasn’t quite as nice — it felt a bit like living in a basement. That said, the staff were phenomenal; everyone was absolutely fantastic. We loved the location too. The rooms could definitely be improved, but overall it’s very good value for money.

The room was spacious and comfortable and conveniently located in town.

We needed more paper products such as toilet paper and there were no napkins or paper towels

Conveniently located to Darling harbour and public transport light rail.

The air con blasted in the kids bedroom. It was absolutely freezing with no way to adjust without turning off the whole system. The blankets were dirty. There was no trolley to move luggage when we were leaving. We tried the evening beforehand to take luggage to our car and on the morning of departure. The reception was unhelpful. Only 2 trolleys for the whole building and the concierge had no record of which units had the trolleys. They offered no other options to help with luggage even though my husband was on crutches. Really disappointing particularly since we paid $500 per night for this accommodation.

I liked that the room has its own kitchen and the laundry. I had a view to the darling harbour and the tall buildings towards the city.

There was no handle to pull myself out of the tub (although I loved the hot soak) and also to get out of the bath which was risky for me. The hotplate didn't get hot quickly as I wanted to have dinner late in the night @11pm.

The facilities and room is a little out of date and needs a refresh. There is no personality or comfort in the apartments. The hallways had a creepy vibe and my room key kept deactivating (I did not have it near my mobile phone). The noise from the traffic was loud and I was not expecting to be eye level with the freeway.

The rooms and furniture overall was worn out and tired.

Highway traffic if staying on front side of building combined with windows that do not seal well equals noisy stay.Apartment was dated with uncomfortable beds and sofas / chairs.

The location worked great, we were a short Uber from all the sites we wanted to visit. We were able to walk to Darling Harbour. We did the hop on hop off bus and there was a stop just a block away.

We did not realize the unit was two stories, with entry level being kitchen, dining/living room, and laundry. Upstairs two bedrooms and two bathrooms. A bit of road noise in the master bedroom and noisy neighbors for a few nights.
