Smallest room I?ve ever stayed in. Could barely get around bed. Bed was uncomfortable.

Central Location

Lack of service personnel. Request for extra towel never received. Lobby too crowded due to on going renovation. Need improvement on cleanliness and sanitation. Pricey !!!!! Should be rated as 2 1/2 to 3 stars.

Convenient location

Room was above a loud outdoor bar with music playing late into the night. Hotel management has also changed and no longer offer complimentary mini bar or on demand movies.

Location was perfect, staff were all very nice, and it was so great that they let me keep my luggage after check out as my flight out was in the late evening.

A few things didn?t work.? the cover for the door lock had fallen off and was stuck under the door, the tv remote kept not working, the phone voice quality was so poor you couldn?t hear anything & shower water flows into the bathroom. better maintenance!

Very clean hotel, great city center location, nicely updated bathrooms, very good breakfast.

Rooms are adequate but on the small size. Front desk staff is almost too professional seeming uptight.

Location is very convenient to access all of Sydney attractions.

Rooms were just a tad small. Air conditionins was very good, but sometimes I like to open a window.

Location.. a few blocks from the Circular Quay.

The room was dark. It looked out onto a wall. The restaurant wasn¿t a restaurant until the evening. No rubber mat for the shower stall which was very slippery and nothing to hang onto except the shower door which moved. No tourist brochures,

The hotel is an easy walking distance of Wynyard Station and Circular Quay. with on site cafe and other food options close by. Pleasant and helpful reception and compact hotel room that contained all we needed, with free non-alcoholic mini bar.

Nothing at all, we were very happy with our choice to stay there. We plan to stay again when next visiting Sydney.

Good location and clean, free mini bar and coffee was great. TV was pretty big and good selection of movies to watch. Buffet breakfast was great and worth the $25.

Little bit noisy outside on Friday night as bar below my room. Lacks gym & pool.

Location downtown Sydney, close to both Darling Harbour and Circular Quay, as well as to shopping districts, muséums and galleries. Staff were great, very helpful and attentive.

The rooms are small and provide little living space. There is no furniture beyond the bed, such as comfortable chairs or a sofa.

The location is great central to everything. Free Wi-Fi, breakfast buffet was convenient and a nice variety.

The pillows on the bed were high and hard.

Free non alcoholic mini bar which was refilled on my 4th day. 10 minute walk from Circulat Quay. Very friendly staff. Nice walk in shower in the room and free movies available as well as many American TV networks on the TV. Great location for Sydney tours

Good location

Did not like the window facing in. Felt we were in a boat. No natural light. Also the deal iof soft drinks was misleading when queried it was every four days, except for water. The mould on the ceiling wasn't good in the bathroom..

The location can not be better. It is in the heart of Sydney, and within walking distance to Circular Quay, Darling Harbor, restaurants, shopping, etc. The staff is very accommodating and helpful.  (front desk) was very helpful & knowledgeable.

The room is small (common in Sydney) & designed for two guests, but they tell you that upfront in the room description. Regardless of size, the room has everything you need, & more. It had a private bath, which is not the case in every hotel in Sydney!

We got in at 7 AM after 24 hours of travel. Our room wasn't ready but the staff helped us find a place to wash up, change clothes, and face the day.Couldn't have asked for a nicer staff!

Special note to US visitors. The address confused us. Numbers on the street do not correspond with numbers on other side. One side the numbers get larger and the other side smaller. Usually both sides are close- not on Pitt Street.
