Pros +
- Room was comfortable & clean. Staff were efficient, happy, like have a chat. The breakfast was made to order from the menu & if it wasn't in the room would have been worth paying for as it was not expensive
- Loved the actual property. Ammenities were great, very spacious
- Great location and clean
Cons -
- The view and small balcony
- Only 2 pillows on the bed. You couldn’t put anything on the dining table because the top was loose
- It could have been open! Place was locked up for refurbishment!!!!! We had paid 6 months before (6 of us), got there, place is locked up, then the Sydney weather hit & we all got drenched!!! Grrrrrr. Sat wet for 2 hrs whilst their sister hotel tried to find us rooms. Adina said booking.com didnt bother forwarding our booking to the Town Hall Adina with all the others once refurbishment started. I've stayed at Adina Darling Harbour quite a few times, & surely we deserved the courtesy of an email from either Adina or booking.com whom, Ive also dealt with widely. Very, very ordinary treatment!!!!!

Beautiful apartment. The location is amazing. Staff so friendly and accommodating.
As nice as the apartments are they are very pricey.
Beautiful, modern rooms and spotlessly clean! The location is perfect and the staff were absolutely fantastic- so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and I’d give more than 5 stars if I could!
The location was great, across the street from Wynyard station & the light rail right out the front was so handy
A lot of construction going on around made the room quite noisy & very loud nightclub noise at night as well. Also the pool was not very private, right off the main lobby
Room and restaurant was excellent walking distance to alot
How to get into property drove around and around block 5-6 times before doing an illegal u-turn
Great location. Comfortable, spacious apartment. Staff very helpful responded very quickly to requests
On arrival, feeling flustered and running late for wedding. Staff at the desk were kind, supportive and keen to help with transportation to wedding venue, keeping me calm
Access to the hotel. It took us as long( Goulburn to Sydney) as it did for us to get out of the tunnel system to the hotel. Access is a friggin nightmare
The studio unit was very modern, clean and only a short walk to trains, city and darling harbour .The staff were very helpful.
I don’t have any negatives on this property.
Fantastic location, clean comfortable, on-site parking which was a big plus
Size of the room and Balcony
Chair and table on the Balcony. Although I know it’s probably not safe.
Good location. Good room, comfortable bed. Heating and air con worked. Tra making facilities, and biscuits. Pool towels supplied at the pool.no noise from other rooms, upgraded room with a really nice balcony. Nice cafe, with discounts for guests.
There was an odd smell in the hallway on our floor. Pool could have been more heated as too cold to use in the evening. Yes it was dated, had a retro 80s/90s feel, but I didn't mind that and it is now closed for refurb.
Our location was changed from Darling Harbour to Kent Street which I was disappointed with but understood the reason Our room was very disappointing as it was a small room and not an apartment and we had a view of a brick wall Also there were no complementary biscuits and we only had 1 tea bag which we had to share
Last time I stayed at the Darling Harbour apartments we had a lovely room and I was expecting a similar room which we unfortunately didn’t get I also didn’t like the area as we found it difficult to find a suitable restaurant as they were all Japanese Anyway we as I said before were very disappointed
Location and ease of check in and checkout, and parking.
Great location and beautiful apartment
Need more lifts
Everything else, loved the chill out zone by the pool.
Couch and beds not super comfy.
Location was amazing
Our apartment was grubby, mould in showers, needs lots of maintenance
The location was good. Walking distance to everything. We asked for twin beds and a walk in shower. This was provided by the staff which we appreciated. The Reception people are friendly. Also, luggage can be stored securely if needed.
We stayed in the 1bdrm apartment with windows to the front of the building. Very noisy, the traffic is 24/7. The kitchen had 1 saucepan and 1 frying pan. For 2 of us, the quantity of plates, cups and glasses was enough . Cutlery is limited. No pantry staples at all. Not even salt and pepper. Cleanliness -agree with other reviewers on carpet, it is so old and thin, I don't think it is possible to clean it properly. Definitely needs to be replaced. The couch is very smelly. I asked for a spare blanket to cover it.
