Pleasant staff all very helpful. Position was great being on the 13th floor did keep a lot of street noise tolerable.

Handy location and friendly staff

Noisy room, alot of street noise, mould on pillowcase and sheet and stained towels. Had to ask for replacements. Very cramped room & bathroom.

Excellent Location for visitors to Sydney. Very good main road in the hustle and bustle of the city. Close to restaurants and Metro, Tram. We loved the location so much we forgive the hotel room size which was small.

The Bathroom Shower cubicle was small but for short stays we managed this.

Location is perfect from someone wanting to explore Sydney's city centre.

The building is shared with residents as well. Not inconvenient at all from me but I think some of the residents do not like having to share the building with guests based on my interaction with some of them in the lift.

I loved the location! Right near Town Hall station, Queen Victoria building and Hyde Park meant I could start my day by doing yoga in the park then grab some breakfast at Queen Victoria building and then also get any To Do's done easily with Officeworks and a newsagent nearby. The staff at Park Regis were always friendly and helpful! I had an early flight arrival and a late flight departure and the staff allowed me to check-in earlier and leave my luggage free of charge. This was EXTREMELY helpful! The room was small but very comfortable. Double glazed windows protected from noise pollution. VERY comfortable bed!

My only critique is the shower water pressure was non existent.

The facilities are old and outdated, the room is not as good as shown on bookings.com, too much noise from street, the WIFI is so poor.

No cab access out front, had to cart luggage upstairs to get to lift, late check in.

Fridge was loud. Tv kept turning on during the night, we had to turn it off from power point. Window was open at the top, which wouldn't close. Was noisy all night... barely had an hour or 2 broken sleep

Great location, clean rooms and friendly staff. Close to trains/Metro and CBD shopping.

No wardrobe or any sort of hanging space or facilities for clothes. Cramped bathroom. Bed jammed against the wall.

I would have liked tissues in the bathroom , and some wine glasses as there where none

Central location, Check in was easy.Bed was comfy

Needs some maintenance to bring it up to scratch.Had the loudest fridge Ive ever heard in the room and the back lit temperature icon on the aircon unit could light up a football field.

The location was fantastic for getting around central Sydney. A train station was directly across from the hotel and we could walk to many of the sites we were interested in seeing. Our family room was very spacious and accommodated our two teen daughters nicely. The pool was a nice bonus and the views from the roof were really wonderful!

The parking was challenging, although convenient. The garage was very tight and difficult to maneuver in, but was tidy and secure.
