Very good location

The air conditioning keep making a constant loud noise when it was off. We couldn¿t sleep in the whole night. I called to complain but nobody got back to me. We couldn¿t rest.

I have stay here before the renovation and the room are much nicer we stayed in an on suite this time.

6.45 wake-up from work men out side our room window. The corridor’s smell of cigarettes smoke.

The ac unit in the room made terrible noises about every 10 minutes and lasted 30 seconds. The shared bathrooms were disgusting and the toilet seats were falling off, left the one key in my room and the staff wouldn’t let me back in until the pub opened up later that day

The room was comfortable.It was not to noisy apart from quests slaming doors.Furniture all new condition,looks recently upgraded.Comfy bed.

The female bathroom on 2nd floor had shaved wiskers over sink. Shower head left running into the bath l had to turn off.Bedroom door next to bathroom stayed ajar. Glass in bathroom door. I did not shower for safty reasons.When l was leaving there was a guy in there holding up a wet towel at me. This was definatly a male using female facilites.

The rooms have been renovated. But not sure what happened to the bathroom. Heaps of space and they had a sink that isn’t even big enough to wash your hands in.. why? If you have mobility issues not suitable due to the amount of stairs, glad I didnt have a suitcase.

Location, directly across from the train station, clean, modern rooms - great size, very well priced food in hotel , and delicious! Was great to have a suite room, 20 minute train to city

Not a big selection of food on hotel menu, BUT the price? the quality of the food, and the portion size well made up for this!!! No lift so had to do two flights of stairs….but worth it for the room, air conditioning didn’t cool great, but was quiet and working!

the shower head and shower pressure. for where the location of the hotel it was very quiet.

Friendly bar staff. Nice high ceilings. Gentle live music midweek, unique Nepalese kitchen.

No hair dryer. No ironing board. 3rd floor lots of stairs and walking, would have been good on this booking site to identify this. Sign on carpark confusing saying free parking for hotel guests but NOT accommodation?! $30 even if you stay the night, but you can have a few beers and park there.

Very good location, 2 min to train station. Fridge in the room, liquor store nearby.

Good location for what we needed.

The room was not very clean, and after only one night we woke up to more than 5 small cockroaches in the room and a few more in the bathroom. As the room carpet is dark we couldn't see all of them, but it was very unpleasant.

A lovely period hotel that has been well maintained. It's super close to the train station. Noise from the trains and bar downstairs was minimal. Very comfortable bed.

The unisex bathroom toilet seat is severely loose and moves around.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, air conditioning worked well, good size mini fridge and well stocked coffee and tea and milk. Across the road from the train station and hotel downstairs has great facilities and staff.

Shared bathroom, bathroom was also a good size and a few available however other guests did not clean up after themselves. I don’t blame the hotel for this, just poor etiquette of other guests. Bathroom is cleaned daily.
