- Beds and towels were only changed once in our 3 night stay. Coffee was never refilled. Cups and teaspoons were not washed or replaced. Twice I had to go to reception to ask for coffee. I was told I should request towels to be changed & replace
- The on-site food choices are a bit expensive. Starbucks is about 20min walk away.

The staff are amazing &immediately responsive to an understandable miscommunication error (room initially assigned wasnt serviced). The location is close to all attractions & the view from our upgraded room was phenomenal! dont miss fireworks @2030!
