i thought i paid for breakfast after confirming it when i checkin , only to be told when i was checking out, that i have to paud $60 for breakfast

Had a wonderful stay for the recent Ed Sheeran concert. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was so kind to receive a sweet little concert pack from the hotel :)

Very Convienent

Room was very old styled with plugs sticking out of the tile wall, mirror frame was all peeled and toilet wouldn't stop running.

very unclean, dusty mold and vomit in the room and had a bad smell

No sleep

I was up graded to another room , it had a fold out bed it was right near the lift and that’s all you could here during the night . It wasn’t what I book 2 double bed .

Location was close to freeway and local shops is just a cross the road. The kids enjoyed the pool. Paid Parking available.

Room booked for 4, towels for 2. Broken bed, massive cracks in sink x 2. Cold water tap would not turn off. You would think i was relating to a 2 star hotel.

Room was very big and very tidy with a full length mirror.

The included breakfast was very basic, with minimal selection and a small dining area. It felt cluttered and jammed with people. Staff were amazing and smiley

We only had 4 pillows and 2 towels for 4 people when asked for more told they were fully booked so could only get 3 more pillows and that was it. Also the toilet also struggled to flush toilet paper

Good location for people not wanting to stay in central Sydney. There was a bus stop right out the front of the hotel to go to Parramatta Station (a 5 minute trip or 20 minute walk) and trains run frequently into the city. We were happy with our room and the facilities at the hotel, and the buffet breakfast was excellent.

There wasn't anything we didn't like about our stay at this hotel. Just thought I'd mention that we got a taxi from the airport to the hotel on arrival and an uber back to the airport when we checked out which was about half the price of the taxi! If you are travelling in your own car I think you have to pay for parking at the hotel.

Our stay was very disappointing. On check-in, the kettle didn’t work, the plugs were faulty, and the bathroom was blocked with water running continuously. We were moved to another room the next day, but problems persisted: the bathroom switch gave electric shocks, the air conditioning couldn’t cool the room despite 37°C outside, and the shower temperature was uncomfortably high, leaving us with cold showers.Overall, the room was poorly maintained, and the experience was far below expectations.

The reception staff seemed a bit unresponsive, as I noticed the lady wasn’t engaging with guests or responding to greetings. Additionally, the room maintenance left a lot to be desired, there was dust on the furniture, the TV and phone weren’t working, and the bathroom could have been better maintained. Also, there was only one towel provided for three guests, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, I was quite disappointed with my experience.
