Location, free parking, room service, comfy beds and best of all you couldn't hear any traffic.

The rooms could have been better cleaned. Some dust bunny's and the vents were dirty.

Location, clean rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff, hassle free check in and check out

Rooms were nicely appointed and the restaurant and swimming pool were handy after a hot day at the race track

In a strange location without much around without driving.Tea and coffee was not replenished adequately each day

The foyer and activities available were fun and kept us entertained

We had no conditioner in our room even after house keeping attended. The bedsheets and towels were not changed when house keeping attended and instead just remade the bed. The bed was squeaky and uncomfortable. We were only provided with 2 towels for myself, my partner and child.

Clean & tidy. Air conditioning and the pool was good to cool off in. Cricketers Hotel on the corner for dinner options is handy.

I've stay at this location 1 a year for last 5 years. I think the mattresses need to be renewed, getting a bit soft and lumpy.

Booking out

Not enough hanging space,no usb ports, light over the kitchen bench didn't work, (still looking for the switch to turn it on. The shower while clean, the hot and cold water was too hard to regulate. It was either too hot or too cold. The hot was scalding hot. For the money we paid for 1 night ,was too much for what it is. We won't be back.

I liked that we could use the pool and enjoyed the music.

Didn't like that the aircon was on and off working when it was really hot.

Friendly staff in all encounters. Location was perfect for what we needed. Plenty of space in the room for 2 adults.

A fridge that kept food cold. We travel with food and it would have been beneficial to have a fridge that was cold enough to keep our food safe. Luckily staff in bar gave us ice to keep food cold in our esky.

Housekeeping was terrible.The toilet was left soiled with clean bath towels left on the lid. Very unhygienic.Bedspread was pulled up but the sheets were left untouched. Had to make our own bed.Ran out of body wash in the shower which obviously wasn't checked.

Was there with my family for a soccer tournament. During our stay the hotel hires out parts of the common areas/ pool area which leaves a small part for the guests. Restaurant is always closed during the day and bar menus are open at some days. It’s in the middle of nowhere so you have to order food in or eat out. Also, you can’t eat any other food anywhere but in your room. Terrible customer service with both managers. Although the hotel is nice and rooms are spacious I just would never return due to bad service

Limited staff, no water, limited food options, dirty jugs, could hear the room next to me coughing all night as if they were in my room...

I liked the check in procedure. Staff there incase you needed help or a friendly chat

My fridge was disgusting, bugs inside and smelt terrible. Staff handled the situation "well" but its still so disappointing. Personally there isnt enough overhead light in the room. They only offer a few side lamps so when I wanted to catch up on paperwork or look for something in my bag there simple was not enough light. I think there should be two more pillow options on the beds. They were extremely high and my neck felt it in the morning

Poor

I booked for 3 adults + 1 child. Was expecting a Queen bed & 2 singles but got 2 singles & 1 fold out couch as the Queen bed. For the price I paid this is totally unacceptable. Was offered no alternative. Will not be back.

Trying to book two rooms n having to do two different bookings n keep getting room paid for room not paid for n eventually one room wasn't paid for online whilst the other was. Should be able to book two separate rooms in the one transaction

Staff were very friendly, facilities clean and the bed was one of the best I’ve slept in. Very convenient location for our trip.

Location

Lighting in room was dull. Fridge wasn't satisfactory, too small and unable to keep food safe to eat. Not cold enough, especially since we were in the area for a sporting event.

Good value for money accomodation with lots for the kids to do. Free games and a great pool

Food and drinks bought from the hotel are expensive
