The hotel was basic, but modern and clean. The room and bathroom were small, but it was also the cheapest hotel in the entire Sydney CBD. Definite value for money. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We loved our stay and will stay again.

There is only 2 lifts for the entire hotel which includes housekeeping staff. I had to wait for up to 2 or 3 minutes for a lift during peak times. But if that's the worst thing to experience, it wasn't a bad staff at all.

Amazing location! Easy to walk to the Harbour and so much amazing food in the neighborhood. Really great budget friendly centrally located hotel

The gym was rather small and only had a few machines which have seen better days.

The location was phenomenal, the staff was helpful and always greeted us with a smile, room was clean and had a mini fridge and microwave. Nothing lacked and it was a really nice stay in Sydney.

Lobby area was dirtyLinnen trolleys and supplies left on room floors.1st floor had an offensive odour.

It's a good value for money. Perfect for a shortstay at CBD. Fantastic location. The transport, food, shopping and all attractions are close.

Could improve a bit on toiletteries and room interiors.

1st shift staff was good. Help whatever we ask.

Third bed was very bad. No one should sleep in it.Mattress was all bad, no cushion in it also right in the center it was a big dip like nothing there.Also 2nd bed leg was broken. Getting up from the bed my wife fell. I did reported about my wife when I ask for ice.No one care.

I booked this hotel room for a colleague, and I included his name in the booking, and I rang the hotel and got his name added to the reservation, but he still had problems checking in. Would not book again.

Wifi was bad. Signal was always good, but connections while surfing the web broke continuously.

Centre of downtown Sydney. Perfect location. Shops restaurants and bars all within walking distance. Public transport everywhere close

AC leaked on my face the whole night & the staffs didnt give me any complimentary or solutions. Place is quite dirty & so dusty. Found coachroach in my room & staffs were not helpful .

The hotel was in a great location, handy to public transport and the location felt safe. The beds were really comfortable, and overall the room was up to date and tidy.

The bathroom could have been cleaner, and the room itself was smaller than expected. We only had room to lay out one suitcase. We weren't provided with handtowels.

The location was the best selling point. Close to many attractions.

The rooms were small. The bathroom shower was extreme small and had a shower head that came out from the ceiling so you were forced to get your hair wet everytime (unless you tilted your head to the side) The amenities were lacking. No face towels provided. Only body and wash cloths. The rooms were dusty. The sheets on the bed were not changed on a daily basis. The “gym” only had 4/5 machines total. The breakfast buffet was very basic with limited options

The room is very clean and beautiful, and all the staff are so friendly. I’ll definitely come back next time, even if I stay for 5 days — it’s totally worth it.It’s a 10-star experience for me! ?
