Front desk staff were very attentive

Breakfast items ran out at times. Happy hour at hotel bar was very confusing - didn't seem to be cheap drinks at all

Convenient and well‑situated location

While the hotel’s location is convenient, the rooms fell below expectations in terms of space and cleanliness. The bathrooms are quite small and very dated, which made the overall experience feel a bit cramped and claustrophobic.

I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room and the bathroom. The beds were very comfortable and the room was very quiet. Staff at reception were very help. Room was clean.

The floor I was on needs refurbishing as does the bathroom in my room. The room looks tired

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Buffet breakfast (AU$20) was good. Property kept very clean. Fantastic location. Convenient to light rail L1 line.

WiFi was very unreliable. Twin bed was unstable and would tip over if one rolled to the edge when getting out of bed. Power outlets were not particularly convenient. New construction will soon block views of harbor.

ROOM NEEDS MODERNISING

We had a situation where my son accidentally banged his head lying back on the bed. My wife rushed down to reception to get a cold compress, but reception was unattended, so she had to run over to the bar. Thankfully they were able to help.After that Dimi came up to our room with an instant cold compress and to check on my son, very genuine person and afterwards he came up and got my son some chocolates and pop corn. Made my son a lot happier made him smile. Also the Hotel sent us an email after we left to check up on him. That part of customer care was exceptional.

The bed was not clean it was just cover a new sheets but top sheet was not change.

Staff entered room twice without permission. Nasty carpet, tiny shower, view of construction zone.

The room is very small, furniture outdated

It is so well situated near a walking bridge to town and the light rail station.

The room got pretty messy I had to ask for towels but they did come quickly.

It was fabulously located. Peter at the front desk was really sweet. When I told him that that my husband and I last visited Sydney as students and now we were back 30 years later with our children, he presented us with a bottle of wine to enjoy.

There is a huge shopping complex coming up next door which disrupts the otherwise fabulous view

Rooms getting a bit tired. Shower Leaked into bathroom so floor always wet. Slipping hazard

The location was very good! The staff were very nice as well.

The room was 101 and the noise from the electrical board kept me up due to the humming - very discomforting. I would stay again but nowhere near the electrical boards!
