Had booked extra night because of early arrival. Found out later than hotel offered early check-in. Would have been nice to have been offered this.

Location was great.

For a one bed apartment I was very disappointed with the lack of kitchen utensils. For example there was no tea towel, nothing to wash things with. No chopping board, one pot and pan. We choose apartment style when travelling with a toddler as this makes it easier. The room also only had two towels and one flannel - which I thought was odd considering there was three of us. I definitely think it was overpriced for what it was. Curtains were slightly broken in one room and the view down into the courtyard area with the pool was very unkept looking. Enjoyed the location.

The cleaning staff were very sweet, good location, comfy beds, decent location.

Reception staff were rude. Paid extra for breakfast and the hot food was all stone cold. Notified staff and nothing was done

Location was great. Exactly what I needed. Not much else was good.

Parking discount, more than 2 towels for 2 people. and not have to pay for breakfast considering the price of the room. Room was also not clean to high standard. There was gum on the kitchen floor.

Walking distance to everything, clean and secure. The bed was so comfortable, I had a great night's sleep. The apartment was very spacious

The only problem with the place is there is nowhere to park - for someone on crutches it actually is a problem. But otherwise the location is superb, and everything in the hotel too. My bad, I overoredered the breakfast but it was excellent.

Very slow room service. Staff at reception needs more training on customer service & attending phone calls. It was pathethic

Amenities were closed but that’s uncontrollable at times. Not much else to complain about.

After we checked out, A charge was directly deducted from my credit card without our confirmation, then we contacted with hotel's email via booking, the hotel said we use a bottle of water which is charged. Actually, to avoid extra expenses, we specifically verified with the Reception as soon as we check-in whether all items in the minibar and kitchen were chargeable. Therefore, we did not use any items that required payment. We have already reported this to the hotel, but have not received a response so far.

Quiet yet in a central location. Generally high standard of finish. Everything worked well, good shower. Good WiFi. Spacious patio.

AC stopped working on our second day, was a bit unpleasant and was unable to get another room due to being fully booked, staff were kind and did give us free breakfast to compensate the next day

Disappointing to be told the pool/sauna was out of action just a few days prior to arrival. Having later read the reviews it's clearly be out of action for months. Was given 2 days free breakfast for our 4 night stay which was weird / thrifty.

We were given a 1 bedroom unit that was designed for a disabled person. The bathroom therefore featured large hand rails, wheelchair accessible shower and was overall very unappealing. Looking out of the living room windows there was garbage +++. The swimming pool was not available and we were only notified of that fact after we booked. The bed was quite uncomfortable and resulted in causing me back pain. It was my birthday and overall I was very disappointed.

An exceptionally clean and well-maintained property with staff who truly go above and beyond. We stayed for five days and were easily accommodated for both an extremely late check-in and a very early check-out—having a 24/7 reception and in-room dining service made everything seamless. The furniture and bedding were incredibly comfortable; and the rooms were spacious, including the kitchen and bathroom. Breakfast service was phenomenal. The location is also excellent, within the CBD and close to public transport. We couldn’t recommend this hotel highly enough!

Very noisy some motor running in the alley behind the apartment 24 hours per day and only 1 lift in use

The location is perfect and close to all good restaurants as it's in the heart of Chinatown. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they upgraded us to a more spacious room and provided complimentary wine as we were there around New year's

The shower could be improved. It started overflowing 5 mins into the shower.

Shame the pool and hot tub were out of action
