Great location (near airport and my son's apartment), facilities in room and building were exactly what we needed. Plenty supply of toiletries and washing products. Staff dealt with any questions quick and efficiently.

The safe is in a very awkward position. There are no instructions on outside of safe or cooker fan to work toaster. I don't c like using a tumbler dryer so would have liked a clothes horse .

The location was good and our family suite was fantastic. It was on the 22nd floor with a terrace. The kitchen was huge and we had two bathrooms. Everything perfect.

The room was beyond what I was expecting, very very clean, amazing layout and was a lot larger than I was expecting, was a great room. For me, the location was perfect, close to the airport, and easy walking distance from public transport. 2 minute walk from a shopping mall with a great value supermarket. The staff were great and very helpful, and the location was also very quiet.

Great apartment for a family, very clean and comfortable.

Traffic noise from the highway was loud.

Rooms were nice and big and comfortable for sleeping. Kitchen was large and wifi was easy to connect and use. Swimming pool was great as well

Some aspects of the room were not clean, a lot of fluff etc that hadn't been vacuumed. The Kitchen items were a bit hit and miss for such a nice kitchen layout and small things like no soap in the shower and bathrooms

The staff was great! The gym is great.

The room could smell better, and decor more appealing, inviting.

Nice staff and fantastic gym, spa and indoor pool. Parking underneath is also good. It's 2 min walk to Coles and all shoppings.

There's a row of rooms watching the freeway below and if you are there, good luck with your sleep and tea time on the balcony.

WiFi was slow for 2 days then on 3 rd day it didn’t work at all. The hotel staff could not fix the problem for the entire building we were staying in.

The bed sheets were clean and new.

It was not clean- I saw so many tiny flying bugs in the bathroom.

The whole experience was lovely. From being checked in and the friendly staff to the apartment being clean and comfortable - perfect for a relaxed stay.

There was nothing I didn't like. It was honestly great.

The location & the size of the apartment

It wasn’t clean and the decor is not like the pictures! Plus first day when i arrived the window joint rubber was broken with sound of wind coming inside the apartment!

Great price for Sydney and relatively close by public transport to places that you may want to visit. Very comfortable apartment with Great staff in a location with parks and local shopping nearby ...

layout was good not a bad area

not very clean not attention to detail, I am a cleaner and I really understand the pressure to get things done in small amounts of time ,but sometimes things get overlooked to often, bathroom areas where not as clean as they should have been with very poor water pressure and drainage,I included a picture so maybe it could aid in finding the dirt,I even cleaned some to get the cleaner started

Rooms are a good size, staff puts 4 layers of sheets on the bed including the comforter shoves it under the foot of the bed so you can’t take it out or pull it up when it’s cold- it’s made too short so your shoulders are not completely covered. I’m only 5’1” he he… Location is great, short walking distance to grocery store and restaurants also to bus stop if you want to take the bus. Uber is much more convenient when the weather is not kind because the bus stop is a 15 to 20 minute walk.

No rubber mat in the shower and the tiles are shiny, my husband slipped and fell, bruised both hands, cut one, bruised both knees. 1 knee is still painful until now. Manager was kind enough to provide a rubber mat after the incident. I also slipped twice but was able to balance myself. My nieces also slipped in the downstairs shower but didn’t fall. Tiles are a bit slippery when wet, otherwise the place is nice- this is our 2nd time staying. They only clean the room Wednesday and Saturday’s so you don’t get enough toilet paper unless you ask for it, they do give you supplies but you have to ask them when you run out because they have scheduled cleaning days. No bidet bdw.

Had a 7 nights stay. The location is great, the apartment was level 18 with giant windows around so had a panoramic view of the city which was amazing. Apartment was fulled equipped. The indoor pool and spa were great. WiFi was pretty good. Room service was provided on 3rd and 6th day. The amenities included toiletries, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, sealed water and milk supply which was pretty awesome. Only 10mins from airport and CBD. Shopping wall at walking distance. A perfect place to stay with family. Highly recommend.

Aircon/heating was separately installed in each room but all appliances were centrally controlled i.e. same temperature in all rooms which was a big inconvenience as was unable to control temperature in each room separately.
