The hotel was within walking distance to transportation, Circular Quay and shopping. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I also loved the shower and amenities, I felt like I was at a SPA! Every staff member we encountered was extremely helpful.
Breakfast was good, but Asian dishes did not do well. Staff were among the best ever!
The hallways were too dark - gave off a gothic horror feel
Staff were lovely. Especially the young boy and girl Sunday at about 5pm and the same boy the next at 7pm giving me recommendations, directions for dinner.

The sauna facilities were perfect. Such a treat. The welcome drink was also a nice touch. Location was ideal for our girls weekend.
Very comfortable bed, great room, good water pressure in the shower, very nice hotel. The gym facilities were incredible, valet parking was awesome.Will stay again the next time I'm in Sydney!
