- Proximity to the airport, view from suite.
- Always friendly -
- Very nice, almost everything. Unfortunately there was a group of very noisy young men hanging around the bar at happy hour. They were drunk, rude and had a very negative impact on our diner. Management finally dealt with them, just not quickly enough.
Cons -
- On duty manager on check in day was less than helpful when we requested extra bottled drinking water. I was told to “drink tap water”. The manner in which he handeled the request was more the issue. Set the tone for the stay.
- wish that my Alcor number was easier to find - seems to be difficult for the staff to find
