Property clean and tidy and great location

There was a worker in our room when we arrived looking at a PowerPoint - he did not hurry to finish what he was doing and sniffed his nose constantly - the only let down.

Comfortable bed. Nice view.

Shower over the bath.

Beautiful, comfortable hotel in a convenient location. Access within the precinct is so easy, with fabulous facilities and Green spaces. Parking was also easy and readily available. Transport to and from city and airport terrific. Ferry was great.

The location

I booked a room for 3 guests with 2 double beds. On arrival was told we had been upgraded but the room only had 1 king bed. I mentioned this to staff who said they would make up the sofa bed. An hour later I had to ring to remind them about the sofa… it wasn’t noted. I helped housekeeping make the sofa, there were no extra pillows in the room. I asked them to take the dirty beer bottle from the balcony. The sofa bed in room 342 was terribly uncomfortable, the pillow, a spare from the king bed, had no substance. After driving 5hrs to get to the city for my daughter’s first concert, I wanted something close, clean and comfortable. For $490 I felt more than disappointed, at this price I expect a real bed and breakfast and parking. No real bed, no breakfast, no parking. Perhaps my expectations were too high?I was very tired and cranky this morning. Facing another long 5 hour drive home in 35 degree heat, our stay at the Novotel was not up to the standard I expected from this hotel chain.

Close to train and Accor stadium. Comfortable clean room and comfortable bed. Even a welcome note for the Ed Sheeran concert

Bathroom had not been cleaned in a long time. Shower/bath had hair and dust in it.

We couldnt stay longer

Great location, smooth check-in, parking available, staff friendly, rooms clean and comfortable, beds very comfortable. Cupcake and "goody" tote bag was a nice touch on check-in.

Always very pricing on event/concert days.

No hand soap, was empty, no face washer, bath mat or shower caps. Was inconvenient

All staff were extremely friendly & helpful. Room was spacious, beds very comfy, bath was big & loads of hot water. Room service - food was hot & brought to room before the expected time.Location was close to restaurants & our venue. Used the carpark but the train station is very close.

Great location and welcome at reception

No bins in the bathroom for any sanitary rubbish, was super expensive room for one night and we ended up checking out at midnight anyway

Staff were friendly and professional. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean.

More tea and coffee packets needed as the was only one of each variety but two people staying.

There was no water to drink in Room, Don’t understand .. Very disappointed Surprised .. And very inconvenient to use bathroom due to disable room ( we never expected ) and also Your reception is not friendly, stubborn No patience .. We are very unhappy to stay your hotel Need definitely change your regulation, attitude because we paid big money Thanks ~~

Easy location, comfy bed and pillows. Clean and friendly staff.

Price wise it was a bit pricey for one night for two adults and a child, it was only double beds, air conditioner was on the lowest and didn’t get cool, still very hot during the night while trying to sleep.

Location is great for events in Olympic Park.

Shower leaked badly. Food way over priced. No pool. No gym. Bar and restaurant shut for days, although they did allow us to go to the pullman for breakfast which was ok. But when it opened, the coffee was sooooo slow. My partner and I had finished our breakfast, waited 15 mins for coffee that never came.

Perfet location to attend the UFC, reat to be able to view everyone walking to the event

Just 1 thing. The coffee pods and water didn't get replenished when the room was made up
