Kith Hotel Darling Harbour

The staff was super helpful. Quiet atmosphere. Comfy bed. Close enough to walk to the ferry or light rail.

The reception was friendly and cordial during the check-in & during the stay. My power converter wasn't working for Australia sockets and the reception was very cooperative & provided one of their own converter. I could charge my phones and it was really a life saver. They were very helpful in providing local travel information as well.

There were no USB chargers, which will be handy in case the power converter is not available. Although the reception helped me with their converter, having a USB charger / C Type charger would be very helpful.

Wonderful stay at The Kith, clean rooms, super friendly staff that make you feel very welcome. As a returning guest they go out of their way to make you feel welcome leaving a hand written note and chocolate. It was a lovely gesture. My 'go to' hotel in Pyrmont

Close to the bridge and other activities like sea life aquarium. Beds were comfy. Good air conditioning Clean

The area was a little dirty but the hotel itself was very clean. Our room was very small so a little awkward with out big suitcases. Our bathroom door didnt completely close..maybe the seel on the door was a little old?

Was a bit tricky to get to if you are arriving by Light Rail.You will need to walk through carpark and go up to level 4 to get to the street level.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on.

It was close to darling harbour. The staff explained there is a short cut which made it much easier to get to ICC.

The room was quite small. The chair wasn’t very comfortable. The bed though high off the ground was comfy. The bathroom was great.

States parking, yes, but it's an additional $60per night for your car in the parking lot across the road. Also the bathroom in the room - door doesn't close or lock, stays open an inch, not great when you are staying with a friend and the bathroom only contains the toilet and shower. The basin and the mirror are in the bed room at the end of the beds. If you wanted to watch Netflix or any digital tv other than normal tv, had to pay addotional for dongle to be able to want any smart TV items.

I loved how quiet, convenient and clean this hotel was. The room and bathroom were spacious and the single bed was very comfortable. Purchasing a day pass for access to a nearby and well-equipped gym was a great add-on ($15). The gym is about 130m away. The hotel is within walking distance (30-40 mins) of the Opera House and The Rocks, with plenty to see along the way.

The plastic kettle - due to the risk of chemical leaching when plastic is heated. A stainless steel kettle would have made the experience perfect!

Location, amenities were complete, very good curtain that blocks out all the light if you want

The hotel was located in a lovely area of Sydney, close to Darling Harbour. The staff were very receptive to my questions before we arrived, and very friendly and helpful during our stay. The room was quite large, quiet and comfortable. We would stay there again.

Great location in inner Pyrmont, away from CBD chaos.

It was super dusty inside. I could visibly see fine layer of dust on every thing. More sound proofing on doors would also help with comfort.
