Location and easy access to shopping centres and public transport

Noice cancellation is bit bad and front door have gaps with the fram, which allow noise and hea come through.

Exceptional for the price and location Good food Pub next door no noise at all Clean room everyday can’t complain at all

Bronnie was lovely at reception and made us feel very welcome.Very clean room and good size. Great value for money.

No bedside lights, only an overhead light, so couldn't adjust this to suit.Shower handle was broken.

Clean rooms, great staff & walking distance to local shopping centre. Great new Restaurant & Kabab shop, both great value

Laundry times

Comfy beds, nice and clean room, close to where we needed to go. Bistro there was lovely as well for dinner

Tidy room, great bathroom, comfy beds and pillows, the pool was great and we had clean towels each day. The staff were excellent, from Bronwen at reception who made checking in a breeze, to housekeeping who brought us a microwave to heat dinner. The staff really made the place special. Air con was awesome and kept us cool during the 38 degree days!

Location to hospital was excellent we were able to park at hotel & walk to hospital. Room was well cleaned. Receptionist was absolutely fabulous & couldn’t fault the help she gave us.

Room was very noisy with road traffic up & down street all night. Also could hear people in room next door who was obviously unwell & up vomiting & coughing during the night (do hope they ok).

Poor shower floor elevation, flooding, shower temp hard to adjust, tv not working, its always shows on the screen need to be updated

Close to warrick farm race course. Newly renovated inside. Clean crisp sheets.

TV was unuseable as they had done a recent update which seemed to been unsuccessful.Hot water kept turning off and on during a shower.Limited parking.Pool not cleaned

The family room was great. Very clean and comfortable. The lady at reception was great

Clean, quiet, comfortable room. Also enjoyed the recommended on-site kebabs. Super for a quick stop-over.

The bathroom basin was tiny but fine for one night.

My little family and I stayed here from the South Coast of NSW. We have had an amazing 3 nights stay. Our beds were comfortable, and the pool was definitely a highlight for my boys. The lady at the reception was wonderful. Allowed us to book in an hour before our time as we had arrived early due to a long trip. Our family room was clean and perfect for our stay. We will definitely be back again soon

Not really a complaint, however a microwave in the family rooms would be been great and maybe a small dining table and chairs...

Everything !! Receptionist wasn't lovely and welcoming, the room was comfortable and roomy, the staff and operations of the facilities were 10/10 i would recommend to stay at El Toro Motel

The room was a good size, bed was comfortable. There was a few good choices for food with in the facitity.. Good location, a short walk to the shopping centre and other shops

Easy to get too, plenty of parking available and not extra for parking.

Beds were not the most comfortable, but ok for a couple of nights.

Close to restaurants also rooms are clean

The scree wire outside the house needs to fix the tears cos some mosquitoes at night please

The cleanliness of the room was great. The chamber made we spoke with was awesome. The Kebab Boys was good but kind of slow. The sports bar connected with a great reprieve from the heat to enjoy a cold beer and the swimming pool was lovely but could have used a cleaning.

The exterior and gardens and surroundings were absolutely littered in trash and rubbish. The pool definitely needed a cleaning but in 44° heat we jumped in anyways. And it was disappointing that the website had not informed that the El Toro Mexican restaurant was closed as we were looking forward to it. Beds were clean but not super comfy.
