Great location

The WiFi didn¿t work for the first few days and I had no hot water for the entire stay.

Room and location was great.

Bathroom was below average, fixtures hanging out of walls, tiles missing, products not as advertised. Parking station was difficult, requiring people to first find street parking collect buzzer then head to parking station. Better info for early check out

Not very clean. Rooms were messed up and we had to move out of our room. Staff ( except for Vincent) were not very helpful.

the location is very convenient, well served by bus & light rail. Brekkie bar available whole day, water & juices also provided. Daily complimentary drinks goes well with dinner at bistro- Yummy food.

Walking distance to Moore Park venues. Great value for money with even a continental breakfast in a nice common area. Bathroom had a funky smell and was a bit grubby.

Beautiful boutique style accommodation. Fabulous location, clean, well appointed and friendly, helpful staff.Close to sporting / entertainment arena.Amongst a great selection of international cuisine restaurants and cafes.Highly recommended.

The staff were friendly and the room was a perfect size. We stayed in the queen room. It was clean and comfortable. There were complimentary drinks at the bar and 10% off our meal. There was also a shared kitchen with complimentary breakfast cereal, juice and water for guests. Only downside was the rooms were not very sound proof. However, we could not hear any of the traffic or sound from the pub below. Simply just other guests on our level. Walking distance to a Coles and plenty of restaurants and cafes. Would 100% stay here again!

Good location, comfortable bed, room was nice with private balcony. Bathroom sliding door get stuck when you close it so had to keep it open which is awkward when you're traveling with a friend and our room was next to the shared kitchen and woke up at 4 am and 6 am because of people in the kitchen but apart from that the room was pretty good and comfy! Nice mini bar with a lot of choices too if needed and free cereals and juices available in the kitchen. Staff were great.

Was ok for the cost, with simple breakfast included, rooms was quite and close to trams.Things I didn’t like, bottom sheet didn’t fit the bed, no open window for fresh air, glass door on bathroom see through not appropriate for a family in a room adult daughter and father and mother in same room. Tv remote missing, check the dates of drinks in the kitchen fridge water bottles are few years out of date, and fridge in room was packed full of mini bar drinks so no room to put anything else without having to empty it to use it…..

The state of the room and the fact that the property has not fulfilled their post stay customer service! Christian (manager) and Richard (licensee), very disappointing.

It was a nice hotel with nice staff and they were very responsive to my needs

The aircon in my room was not working but they moved me to another room so that was great

Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Veranda with ashtrays for smokers. A lot of complimentary juices, fresh milk, bottled water. Cleaners come every day and offer making up your room and give you extra towels etc. Large rooms.

Air cons need replacement

Excellent property very friendly helpful staff. Breakfast cereals, juice, milk, tea & coffee avaliable at all times. Comfortable rooms. Good location. Easy access to transport. Excellent food available. Would recommend as a place to stay in Sydney.

Booked for two nights, stayed for one. Firstly, the aircon. The air-conditioner didn’t work properly, wasn’t producing any cool air in the middle of summer - considering it was set on 21 degrees and they had a sign to say that we couldn’t turn it down any further and IT WAS FULL OF DUST! While it looked tidy originally other places in behind lights, exhaust fan was also blocked FULL OF DUST which is a health hazard already. Unfortunately, we also had a run-in with a 3 inch cockroach in the bathroom, the lights were coming in from our room next to the shared kitchen room (as you can’t turn off the lights in there at all) & we had to make a barricade in order to try and block it out. After paying a lot of money for the two nights, we headed elsewhere to stay. Afterwards we also got charged for apparently drinking wine from the cooler when we hadn’t – we just moved the items to try and keep our drinks cold. It took a week and ringing up again in order to get a refund. Overall, just a terrible experience. Would not recommend.

Great location not far from light rail ,train station kitchen are was fantastic food drinks available for free .

Having to go home

Staff were helpful and receptive.Provision of fresh milk and juice and cereals in kitchen.Complimentary drink at bar each day even though I didn’t use it was a nice touch.

Valance was filthy and hadn’t been cleaned.Aircon didn’t work.Windows don’t open so no airflow without aircon was uncomfortable.

Staff were friendly and good discounts onsite when eating or drinking at the pub.

We actually could not stay at this property.We were check into room 1 and instantly noticed the damp roof and mould right above the bed where we would be sleeping.We had a 2 year old and staying in a mouldy, damp room was not an option.We asked for another room and were told they were fully booked, but then offered a smaller room with no where to stay for our daughter.We ended up having to book another hotel at our own cost and taxi to next hotel.We also had to chase multiple times for an instant refund as there was no manager in to do this on the spot.I hope the hotel can get this sorted as it was a lovely room otherwise.
