- When booking I requested the breakfast to be included and it was not - NOISE !!! - Dirty carpets - Decoration and most of the finishes is probably 50 years old...

It was comfortable and close to all the shops and restaurants

Very nice stay, had dinner in the Sydney Cidery which was excellent and well priced and we had breakfast in Ambers, again food was great. Will come and stay again.

We thought we had a view and when we got there, I found we didnt and yet I thought the booking said we would get a view.

It is clean, the staff were very helpful and the location is perfect.

Bit pricey , well i understand it was weekend and a lot going on that weekend. Overall we are happy with our stay

The location in the city

The bed was extremely uncomfortable and I kept getting tangled. The restaurant the Amber tried to charge more than what was advertised on the website and tried to add on a Sunday surcharge, again not advertised on their website. We got a refund on the overcharge but the manager accused us of threatening them with Fair Trade but I just mentioned under Australian Consumer Laws they can’t charge more than they advertise.

Excellent location in the CBD, just steps away from restaurants and shops. World Square is a lively and vibrant place. The room was spacious and included both a bathtub and a separate shower. Staff at the reception were warm, friendly, and welcoming.

The location was great, when I travel interstate this is the branch that I always stay at as it's right next to the major streets of Sydney. Chinatown is a 2mints walk and shopping on Pitt Street is merely a 10mins walk where you can find all major international brands to local brands. Room was spacious and the bed is just very comfortable. The most comfortable bed I have ever experienced. Would definitely visit again.

I would greatly appreciate if toothbrush is provided for the duration of my stay.

Clean room,location perfect

During my checkout there was a male staff at the reception ,who was rude and accused me of jumping the queue.I was attended by another female receptionist who said I was good to go.How rude he was,and spoilt my whole vacation.Very unhappy

Right in the center close to many interseting places including shopping malls and resturants. It is also close to subways. Breakfas was very nice and staff were very friendly

The bathroom shower door didn't hold the water in the shower, so bathroom floor got very wet. It needed to be fixed.

The room and location

I didnt get a room for 3 people as i requested and paid for. First i walked into a room with 2x single beds. Second room was a king bed and they brought in a single bed. It should have been a king and a double bed. The staff that attended to us at reception was the rudest man on earth. Very unprofessional. No smiles no hellos. When i complaint that i didnt get my room he kept saying "so what do u want" and all i wanted to say was that u should know what i wanted in ur system cause i paid for it and booked it but i was just quiet so i can limit the interaction. He made us feel uncomfortable and not welcome even though i paid to be there.

Price was abit up there. Free Bottle water would be nice for the extravagant price would be good. The gym could use an upgrade aswell
