Location, value, staff were great and the free bottled water and the complimentary wine from the front desk manager was a wonderful touch.

The pillows were terrible and felt like you didn’t even have one. Buffet breakfast was ordinary with minimal variety but ok.

Good location. Good price for a bath and breakfast included.

The hallway smelled like cigarettes so strongly that when we got home we had to wash all of our clothes because they smelled like cigarettes. Probably someone smoking in the stairwell.

The location was perfect for catching a bus to Accor Stadium for a concert. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. The staff were friendly.

The room is a bit tired decor wise and there was no requirement to swipe your key to get to your floor.

What did I like one of your stuff cared enough to help get the room done for us with out any help to put drinks in your fridge water was hot as not cold. Parking was reduce less please make it more comfortable for people I'll show you how and make it smell nice

Too long to check in, wrong breakfast times given, unclean bathroom and broken tap in bathroom squirting water when turned shower on. Very loud noises coming from the facility all night.

Thank you for the kind approach from staff. Came to Sydney for a concert, ended up in hospital overnight with my daughter who was quite unwell. Very grateful for the front office staff allowing us a late checkout and to the Food and Beverage supervisor, Serena for being so kind and accomodating to our requests in the morning. Very much appreciate the kindness of your incredible team at Crowne Plaza.

Booked the hotel because very close to the site we were Holding our meeting.Close to metro station

Maybe breakfast too much repetitive

Warm welcoming friendly staff, the rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious.The breakfast included was great with many choices and offered additional options at a price if needed.Had a lovely stay!

Location was great as we needed to be at the Uni. Easy walk to local cafes/ takea aways. Enjoyed the bath!

Friendly staff, lovely hotel with a great breakfast buffet. Quiet even though it’s on a busy road.

Overall the price for location and quality was great. Very close to Metro station by Macquirie park, Macquirie shopping centre, and pretty close to Motorway. Breakfast was great and Hotel was clean and desirable. Staff were friendly as well.

GYM and there was no swwing pool. Next to the Hotel there was a fitness centre, I wish they would have a deal so I could have enjoyed more of sport facility.

Staff were so helpful, there was some IT issue, took money more than should have, fixed it straight away, very happy, place was clean , bed amazing, thank you

Aircon was a bit warm on 1st night but probably 22 was too high on such a hot day, perfect on 2nd night

The speed of making breakfast drinks is too slow.

The breakfast buffet was pretty good, it had a good selection of food available. Staff at the buffet breakfast were very nice. The room was spacious enough for us. The location of the property was convenient for us to get around to the places we were visiting. The concierge service was great, they resolved the dirty towel issue straight away.

The front reception staff weren't as friendly during our check in service, they didn't feel welcoming and didn't seem like they wanted to be bothered. The "clean" towels provided in the room were dirty, however the concierge staff resolved it immediately.

The staff was rude, no considerations, no empathy.

Breakfast was included and extra requests for poached eggs and hot chocolate were quickly provided. Quick check in and check out. Polite and friendly staff across front desk and restaurant. Room was functional with complimentary water, although the mini fridge froze our strawberries and grapes overnight- a first for a hotel mini fridge.

The feeling of a gated community. Lots of boom gates for adjoining businesses and the accommodation itself. Offsite / off- street parking unavailable. Feel cost of parking onsite was expensive. Onsite parking should be included or at a nominal fee eg. only be $10-$15 overnight given these issues. Not around $40.

Location was so convenient. The facilities were great and the room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was incredible and the staff were all so happy and friendly.

Very good breakfast with gluten free options. We felt very safe here and only used it as a base while visiting family.
