Excellent Costumer service, reasonable prices and clean room, highly recommended

Front staff was amazing - excellent service!Room was huge and very good for the cost! Beds were super comfy!Overall was one of the nicest hotels we've stayed in.

Bathroom fan did not work. Couch had an unpleasant odour (easily missed, as you’d have to lay on the couch to smell it [lesson learned!])

Room service was so useless but concierge was so helpful n accomadating to make up for it and really took care of us so well.

I had a good one night stay in a large room, a little dated with some carpet stains, but the bathroom and main room was comfortable, clean and no noise from traffic outside. the hotel did not have dining service on Mondays so i had a delicious meal in the bistro or dining room at the RSL club right next door so it was a great evening.

The rooms were clean and very spacious. The restaurant hub was right next door and some fun activities for the kids were closeby.

No pool in the facility, you have to walk over to the aquatic centre and its not available for use during the weekdays.

Very spacious room, nice dinner and exceptional breakfast. Staff is very accommodating. Range of various movies available on TV. Not far from train station.

The WiFi was down and our t.v kept going in and out of channels.

Staff flat out lied to me, bathroom sprayed me and the rest of the room with cold water, was just underwhelmed given it is a Novotel hotel!
