Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and adequate in every way.

I wanted to book an additional day but rates were more than double because of high occupancy. I chose to travel on rather than pay the high rate.

The food was good. Staff is very friendly.

The room was outdated, bathroom is not as clean as it should be. Stains in the carpet.

Price point is good for location and star level. Generous size room.

Location is good but not in the core cbd so will need to travel there. Rooms are older so they are bigger which is good but also need to be updated. Some mould evident. Stains on towels. Limited housekeeping day to day. Free breakfast should be added.

Location: on top of Kings cross station. Easy to get train to and from airport for overnight stop.

Relativelye expensive. Room was rundown, AC units were very noisy. Bathroom was beat up and there was a weak odor of sewage from improper drainage. Room had two beds when it was really designed for one. One of the beds restricted access to closet.

It was located adjacent to the Kings Cross train station, and you could see the Sydney Harbor Bridge and the Opera House from our room. The room was large and clean, and the bed was comfortable.

It is not a direct train ride to the tourist attractions, you have to transfer at least once, and that was a bit of a pain sometimes, but not really. The hotel was expensive but less so that other hotels in Sydney.

Located centrally. Near a train station for convenience too.

Large rooms, quiet, comfy beds and pillows, roomy bathroom. Close to train stain station and plenty of places to get food.

The walls in the room could use a little paint touch up.

The rooms there are as big as 5 star room near quay - cruise port . Very nice hotel & there is airport shuttle for $14.

Due to maintenance we were in a standard room instead of premium queen we had confirmed booking for.

Location is perfect for us close to the downtown, rooms were roomy

power was out for 2 days and had to be relocated. The new hotel was very nice but out of the area we wanted to be in.

We are a family of three with a one year old baby and decided to stay at this hotel after reading lots of good reviews from families. We were afraid traveling with a baby for the first time would be complicated but it was great. The hotel location was great, less than 1 minute walk from the train station and stroller accessible. Breakfast was delicious and our baby loved the cot that hotel gave us. The view from the Harbor bridge was spectacular and for other hotel prices in Australia, this hotel is a good price!

Our last morning it was kind of noisy because a tree from the street behind was being torn down. We were kind of sad after seeing the tree was not there anymore but at the same time, it was kind of fun to see the Australians living in that street standing there and chatting (we guess) about the tree.

The view from the one room we took that had one was fantastic. Rooms were comfortable and the restaurant in the hotel provided excellent food

Being on either side of reception with the need to use different lifts was a nuisance, though not too irritating
