Room

Breakfast was amazing and very delicious. My wife is celiac and she was able to eat and loved it. The hotel was modern and even allowed for me to plug my computer into an HDMI port in the desk station to view my computer shows on the big screen. Location also close to METRO, which we loved and needed.

Dark room, dark bathroom and can not open the window so aircon is working every minutes sounds a little bit noisy

The eggs benedict was excellent!

The bathroom floor got very wet from the shower.Staff could be more helpful/knowledgable about the area, restaurants, airport and transportation.

The room was pretty average. The facilities were pretty average. I understand that we overpaid due to the occasion, being the New Year peak time, but it was way overpriced for what was offered. Even the bar menu for meals was pretty average.

A convenient and handy place within walking distance to the train station.

The room is far too dim. The lack of proper mirror lighting makes makeup impossible, and the dark, underlit decor makes the entire space appear dusty.

They provided early breakfast when asked and also changed the room when AC isn't working. Also gave Drink coupons as a compensation.

1st night AC wasn't working, but it was too late to complain

The most comfortable bed ever, cool decor and great restaurant/bar.

They said the bond would be held on my card for a week, but it's been a month.

Had a fantastic stay while I was in town. The hotel was was very clean and nice and close to restaurants and metro for exploring the city.

Afew more options for the included breakfast would have been nice.

It was so close to the metro e train station. It was close to the market e good restaurants as well.

The restaurant and bar was stylish and good value.

The Bathrooms were small and had little shelving for personal amenities and no bathroom products/amenities. The room airconditioning had limited personal adjustment

Smack in the middle of North Sydney. Easy walk to Metro and Sydney Trains.

Room was a little small and it wasn't obvious how to get the HVAC to behave as desired, but those are super small things.

In a great spot to enjoy the new North Sydney Restaurants. Walk easily to new Metro Station and railway station. Quick access to the city without the city hotel prices. Clean rooms, nice building.

There is nothing. Modern and clean. 2nd stay and will be back.

Lovely modern rooms, very clean and luxurious. Location is great with a metro station very close.

The only downsides to this hotel were the parking (off site and very expensive) and for the cost it would’ve been nice to have a swimming pool. Overall, lovely stay!

Very good location, great facilities, easy access to metro.

Located in an office building in the CBD area, it can feel a little rushed during commuting hours.

Lacking of staff. Staff’s skill is not so high

The hotel was nice as the staffs were very friendly and the room was tidy and spacial. The breakfast was tasty. It’s in convenient location that takes me 40mins by train from the airport.
