The front desk lady was the only positive part of the stay. Her hospitality and warmth was excellent

Too noisy, water leaking from the toilet, stained linens, carpets caused allergies. Cleaning staff had no hygiene standards

room was great, staff were very helpful

Wifi in our room was too weak, couldn't get on it. 2 flights of stairs and no lifts

Easy parking, clean rooms exactly as pictured! Staff were lovey and super helpful, we had forgotten to print our parking voucher for Sydney Olympic Park and they were so helpful at organising for us! It was clean, quiet and easy! would stay here again for its easy access to drive/park and good cafe options nearby for breakfast.

The property is unassuming but comfortable. The quirkily decorated doors to the rooms are a nice feature. The rooms are pleasantly furnished with the decor containing plenty of thoughtful touches like the wooden box of tissues and strategically placed plants here and there. Although it was a Sunday evening there were plenty of restaurants etc open within a few minutes drive. I chose the Charcoal Haus and wasn't disappointed, the wagyu burgers are next level!

Hard to pick on anything. I did find the shower took a long time to heat up in the morning and it seemed a bit hard to get it to maintain a comfortable temperature. That could have been me I'm not used to a single lever mixer.

Room not cleaned to an acceptable standard. Facilities were more like a cheap B&B than a hotel. This was more expensive than other budget properties in the area but not presented as well as them.

I really liked how comfortable the bed was, and the staff were very responsive to our requests and genuinely helpful.

The photos on the booking website did not match the actual room we received. According to the description, the room was supposed to have a balcony and be located on the second floor. Instead, we were given a room on the ground floor next to the main gate, which was very noisy throughout the night. This was disappointing and not in line with what we expected based on the listing.

book for 4 adults got three bed and a very short trundle that had no sheets or blankets very poor

Excellent value for money. The property was a lil dirty on the outside but the room was nice and clean and the Beds were super Comfy. Location was perfect & close to Olympic park, was easy to get around and some beautiful places to eat. We went to The Acres club in Greenacre for Tea delicious food & great family atmosphere! We stayed for 2 nights & enjoyed our room and the free parking & the block out blinds!!! Had a 10/10 sleep in Sunday, room was perfectly dark & a nice quiet location!

We stayed the 2 nights, Fri-Sun. We left early Saturday morning and got in about 6pm Sat night! No housekeeping had been done so we didn’t get any fresh towels and the reception was closed until Sunday morning. Faint Stale smoke Smell in Foyer, Room did not smell. They need to move some furniture around and make sure they clean underneath needs, surfaces ect were clean but Room definitely needs a deep clean!

The location was great, the staff were friendly. The room was great value for our family

Not the motels fault but could have done without the domestics of the next door neighbours middle of the night.

That i booked a room with a Queen and 2 singles, but the room had 2 Queens.

Rooms were not ready on arrival at 1520.

Staff were good, Nic and clean

More towels we stayed there for ten days also tv had to be paid for even though it was part of the facility
