As with most motels there was quite a bit of road noise

Prior to our arrival, I had read a review mentioning that the pool was dirty. To avoid any issues, I contacted the office three weeks before our trip and requested that the pool be cleaned. I was assured that it would be ready for our arrival. Unfortunately, when we arrived, it was clear that nothing had been done. When I raised the matter with the office, the explanation provided was unsatisfactory and did not address my concerns. As we had just completed an eight-hour drive, I chose not to pursue the matter further at that time.Additionally, the condition of the room was not up to standard. The bed was fitted with wheels and moved noticeably whenever we turned, which made it uncomfortable to sleep. The bathroom lacked proper ventilation, requiring us to open the window after each use. However, the windows did not feel secure, as they could be opened from the outside. Furthermore, one of the bathrooms did not have a rubbish bin.Overall, these issues significantly affected our comfort and experience. I hope this feedback will be taken seriously and that improvements will be made for future guests

Uncomfortable and smelly

Booked the room on booking.com at 8pm, paid on my card upon booking, got to the hotel and door was locked with a sign saying to call a number from your mobile, once connected with a person was told they had no room for me. After I explained that I had paid for a room I was put through to someone else who said the room was booked but I needed to pay a $200 bond. I wasn’t happy but had no choice so paid the bond. Got to the room and it was nothing special , nothing to wash or dry the dishes that they supplied and the room stunk. Got into the bed and the sheets were of very poor quality and had a ruff texture. Had the worst sleep and left early.

The bed was excellent, unit was very clean and comfortable. It was a pleasure to stay there

Paid for roll away bed and didnt receive it until 10.30 at night. First room we were put in smelt of urine and had cigarette ash on floor in bathroom

Very clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful with our very late arrival. We came into lovely fresh clean smelling rooms with comfy beds. We will stay here again on our trip up north through Sydney.

Spacious and comfortable

The aircon was noisy, we could also hear the sounds of our neighbours from upstairs. Also it would be better if their kettle is not made of plastic as it is toxic.

Just a really average experience. Waited 20 minutes to check in as the receptionist was “busy” rang the bell and waited close to 20 minutes before I checked in. There was noise all night people arguing - people locking themselves out of their room. People standing outside my room wanting to get into my room thinking it was someone else’s. Didn’t sleep well and wouldn’t stay here again.

Beautiful and clean room plus pet friendly. Close to train and shops. The room was spacious with microwave, fridge and all you need when travelling through

We were given an upgrade. The room wasn't cleaned. Cockroaches in the dishes. There were no towels. Had to go all the way to reception to ask for some. Given we stayed 2 nights, we were only given 2 towels. No hand towels, no face washers and no bathroom floor mat. I asked the cleaners to following morning for towels and bathroom mat. Cleaner gave 2 towels but did not return with mat or hand towels. No extra toilet paper. Just what ever was on the holder. Water from the shower just spilled out so the floor was wet as and had no choice but to use the towels given to soak it up. There was hair all over the ground and cockroach legs every where. The floor was never mopped. I couldn't let my baby crawl around. There was genital hair on the walls in the bathroom. The sink was blocked with toilet paper as well. I called office for the room to be cleaned(explained why) the morning after we go there. We went out and were gone 10 hours and nothing was done! Providing 2 photos but wont upload the rest. Its gross! We drove over 1000kms to stay. I won't be back there ever again.

That my door wouldn't lock
