Good size room, quiet and comfortable.

A microwave would be a nice inclusion. Low hot water pressure, although it was nice and hot, so it was not a concern.

This was a last minute trip to visit some family. It was quick and easy to book and able to fit my kids and mom into the one room. Very helpful and easy to check in.

Ok price, friendly staff, convenient location, easy parking.

Room needs an overall upgrade/refresh including bathroom, fridge, curtains and outdoor setting.

bed was good bathroom needed a bit of updating

some of the shower floor tiles was missing tap handles where ready to fall off rest of the room was well setout

A good size room and ensuite. Clean and reasonably comfortable. Receptionist friendly and helpful.

The room and facilities are quire basic and despite the efforts of staff to make sure the room was clean, it is obvious that some TLC is required.

Nice staff. We were happily moved to a different room on our request. Comfortable beds, good shower.

Hearing loud bonking noises through wall behind us at 5am. Perhaps not placing bedheads on mutual walls in future.

The room was so bad we didn’t stay.

The room we were first given was disgusting. Mould and nicotine on most walls and ceiling. The odour was extremely unpleasant, like wet animals and cigarettes. The carpet was sticky, reminded me of nightclub carpets in the 90s.We were moved to a 2nd room, unfortunately that room was not much better. Over crowded with out dated grimey furniture. Evidence that it hadn't been cleaned in any way for quiet some time. But after moving twice I wasn't game to be put in another room so we got wipes and spray so I could clean where my kids would be touching. My neice checked in 2 days later and her room was a 7/10 so I know they had good rooms. We just didn't get one. The amount $ we paid for the room we stayed in did not reflect the condition or expectations. The Novotel was not much more $ and was 10/10. The Abcot Inn was not worth the stress of money. Never again for us.

It was a room to sleep in....

The room was not hygenic and it was very old. Ammenties were scarce and very old, dated and in major need of updating to current standards.

Basic, simple motel room. Met our needs for a place to crash as coming from out of town for a concert.Parking right outside the roomGreat white towels and crisp white beddingGood value for money Friendly reception

Location suited us. We didn't have breakfast

The condition of the room. Mouldy, cockroaches and rusty. Toilet leaked all night and dirty.v

Sliding door into bathroom area was broken. Had to lift door to get it to slide open.

The cockroaches running through the room and bathroom Advertised as having a restaurant open all week, rang for room service and then was told they don't have a restaurant .

Lovely big bathroom, but the shower over the bath needed non slip treatment and grab rails

I DIDNT LIKE ANYTHING.I didnt like anything.I didnt like anything.The staff were rude.The sofa bed was not suitable for an adult.We hired a second room at AUD170 for suitable bed.We were criticised for booking on line.Pretty much told to just accept what we got and because we booked on line they could (would) not do anything With current staff I would never stay there again and will actively discourage others.

At 81 years I think I have earned some respect There was noneSee comments above.

Very dated. Room could have done with an update. Mirror had pieces missing. Very dissatisfied.
