Very nice reception staff. Close to bus service and railway station.

Stairs not so good for older people.

Comfortable room, ease of access to public transportation, breakfast very convenient, air conditioning provided adequate warmth

Room cleanliness, rubbish bins were not emptied routinely, clean, dry towels were not provided until we had been in the motel for 4 days despite leaving a note on the door. Access to hot water supply was not reliable-took at least 30 minutes for hot water to reach our room while we ran the shower and wasted water.

Breakfast only had jams no Vegemite or peanut butter. Only Apple juice to drink. Also a lot of noise from room above. Narrow, low ceiling room with TV at strange angle

Everything was fine except the parking. Staff was exceptional.

The parking situation. It's a very bad space to get out of. Will not stay here again because of how bad it is.

Reception lady was really nice. I like the breakfast. I liked the room we were provided later which had wheelchair access for my mum.

Parking was horrible. Room size was too small. The older building was terrible. The newer place is a lot better.

My window from room 4 was outside their night laundry with staff smoking and talking very loudly on many lengthy personal ph calls till 11.30pm, so close that I could clearly hear the other person on the other end of the line,(all non English speaking) hard to get to sleep.

Cramped parking, no hot water shower and dingy room

The hot water tap for the shower didn't work - I'm not happy about cold showers

Parking a car on a first in basis does not work being that the motel is on the Pacific Highway where there is no parking allowed

The parking configuration in the carpark is totally adhock where some carparks that appear to be available can notbe entered due to insuficcient room to manorver the car to get into the space.

Free breakfast

Was disappointed that the bathroom looked as though it was not thoroughly cleaned, the tap was not useful for filling the kettle and there was no fly screen so had to close the window which made the room stuffy.

We were advised Breakfast started at 7 am. When we arrived at 7.15am fir breakfast we were told to go away & return no earlier t than 7.45am.The bathroom ceiling in room 10 had black mildew or maybe mould.

They gave false information about breakfast and parking being available & included in the price of my accommodation for the night. I had to park offsite and was told breakfast would be available an hour after what is advertised on their website & what was sent in my confirmation email, the day prior to my arrival. I called the after hours number and she was no help & offered no solution!!

i dont really have much to say about the property itself other than the bed was comfy anbut if you’re up for a bit of a walk there are some INSANE food places around about 20-25 mins away. although convenient and relatively cheap for last minute bookings

it just wasn’t nearly as clean as it looked. we had off milk in our fridge, tea/ coffee were in a dirty bowl. there was dust and grime all over the air fresher and chair. floor didn’t seem vacuumed either. there were VERY thin walls too. the lady who checked us in seemed quite cold in person and on the phone as well- although the lady who checked us out was lovely.

Nothing really - the AC worked but the cover fell off and could not be replaced - however given everything else I was surprised that the AC actually worked.I actually booked the wrong motel but never again.

There was an appalling level of customer service.When I was complaining another lady actually came into reception and exchanged her war stories stating that they would be leaving early as it was so dreadful.She said that the motel should not be listed on Booking.Com (I fully support this view). Having worked in the industry and stayed in at leat 50 motels this is definitely the worst Australian motel that I have ever had the misfortune of staying in.Friday - a brief summary of highlightsFirstly trying to get a park in the car park - they do not exaggerate when they state limited parking ( about 15 car spaces for 28 rooms)1) Room was not clean ( see pictures of cigarette packets in the draw), bed covers were just thrown in cupboard and not folded), had cockroaches in the room and bathroom and the room itself was tiny!2)The single bed was hard and uncomfortable and made it difficult to sleep.3) The cover fell off the AC and we could not hold it back on.4) Breakfast was a saga on Saturday we were told at reception that it would be at 7.30am however upon arrival the notice read 7.45am. There was a cue of at least a dozen people when I decided at 7.55am to go back to reception and ring the number. Upon doing so the response was not an apology but 'I'll get her'. Had I not rang we may not have got breakfast at all. When she arrived she was non communicative and half asleep.A number of other guest complained about the quality of the breakfast ( I defy anyone to open the jam satchels!!

Fan in bathroom caked with dust, pillows stained, shower mould, sheets clean but had holes, fridge very noisy and door does not close properly, shower pressure was non existent and only one temperature. Parking bays so small that dings in doors are a guarantee. Breakfast was coffee, cereal and STALE breadBed has gone past its used by date.To me the 2 main things required when staying at a hotel/motel are an awesome shower and super comfy bed. This place FAILED

Room was okay, except for noisy air conditioner.

Wasn't informed about the stairs to the room, as we are in our 70s this was a problem with luggage.

Bathroom door wldnt shut properly. Brown marks on the bathroom wall probably from s##t . No spoons or cutlery for a coffee . Cldnt fill jug in the sink . No elevator
