You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of AUD 200 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that there is a 3% charge when you pay with an American Express or JCB credit card. ( and 1.5% surcharge for all other card payments) Please note this property has a strict 'No Party Policy.' (No Party and No Smoking) (No smoking inside the bedroom and all common areas inside the building. False smoke alarm activation will incur $1,750 penalties payable by the guest for each incident.
