Great location. Very clean. Lovely pool. When we arrived we were told we had received an upgrade.

Great location - walking distance to restaurants, close to public transport options and easy to find. Staff were very accommodating when we needed an early check in following a red eye flight. Would absolutely stay again.

Reception staff great. Location fantastic. Beds comfortable. On room laundry and TV equipment good. Rooms clean and spacious.

Both treadmills in the gym need fixing. Both bathroom floors had small steps up from main floor level causing multiple tripping issues and injury. The towels are old and with no change until 3 nights have passed this is 1 star service.

The location was fantastic, and all the staff I interacted with were kind and friendly, always with a smile. I also loved the view from my room; this will be one of the reasons I would be happy to book a room in the future.

Only some very small details, but in my room, the shower head wouldn't stay up, and there were no coffee sachets (plenty of tea bags). As noted, these are only minor issues.

Great location in the heart of the city, with bus, train, and metro stations close by, making it easy to get around. Woolworths is just a short walk away, which was very convenient. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and the stay offered good value for money. My early check‑in request was accommodated, and the staff were friendly throughout my visit.

Living room a bit small. Lamp table in the other room is too close to the bedroom door.

The room was well appointed - lovely being able to open the door and breathe fresh air. Sunrise created rainbows in the room from the balcony glass.

Couldn’t open the laundry doors - was just curious to look - didn’t need to use laundry but forgot to tell concierge. It was Room 2007. Also couldn’t find a bin for kitchen rubbish - only the bathroom bin. Maybe there was a rubbish chute somewhere but I didn’t read where.

The location was really good, all sightseeing spots are within walking distance.

The housekeeping service was not good enough, only once in every three days and the WiFi was difficult to connect in some areas with the apartment.

Liked everything in general as always stay at a Meriton if available

Only problem was lifts not working correctly in arrival and some maintenance work outside our room which was a little noisy and left a bit of a mess at our front door. Replacement of what looked to be water damaged skirting.

Right at the heart of the CBD, close to everything. The beds were super comfy. The 2 bedroom apartment was very well appointed, plenty of space and great facilities.

The apartment was clean, modern, and comfortable. The location of the property was very convenient, with easy access to the supermarket, public transport, and CBD shopping. Thank you Meriton for upgrading our room!

While showering in the ensuite bathroom, the water temperature fluctuates significantly between very hot and very cold. During the night, there are dripping or water sounds coming from the pipes, even though no taps appear to be leaking. Additionally, the toilet flush pressure seems weak and is often not sufficient to fully flush the toilet.

Good amount of space. Comfortable bed.

Construction at 7 am just outside the door. Chemical smells. Unhelpful staff. Very poor scheduling.

The bathroom ensuite was a little shoddy, ie tiling was terrible, the door was hard to shut, shower door didnt close, some of the painting work wasnt great.
