No 9 Springfield

Location was excellent, just a four minute walk to Kings Cross train station. The Cata’s are fabulous. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Price was very good.

I’m used to a bigger room so that was a bit hard for me.

Nice location in a bustling neighborhood. About a 15 minute walk to the public gardens and about 20 to Opera House.

Our room was on the top floor and not serviced by the elevator. Had to carry luggage up narrow staircase. The room was a bit cramped.

A beautiful “boutique” hotel in the perfect location for my purposes. Within an easy walking distance to the Kings Cross station. The room itself was a good size with a very comfortable bed. The lobby area was a great place to “hang out” while waiting for friends, etc. They offer a free washer and dryer for doing your laundry.

Without a doubt the smallest bathroom I have ever experienced. Smaller than bathrooms on a cruise ship. There was no stopper in the sink (when shaving) so there was a huge waste of water. The garbage can in the bathroom should be replaced. Rusty and the foot pedal was broken.

The only thing I could think of was a microwave, either in your room or in the downstairs kitchen would be handy.

Large comfortable bed, easy check in and check out, luggage storage, and great location. Close to lots of cafes and night life, within walking distance to iconic locations, easy access to public transportation and the airport.

Tiny bathroom

Good value. Housekeeping daily. Nice exterior. Strong shower.

The room is small and outdated. Squeaking floor. Dangerous steps in the bathroom.

Great location in a cool neighborhood called Potts Point. A nice 30 minute walk to Circular Quay through the Royal Botanical Gardens. Great grocery store across the street

The hotel was under renovation during our stay and will be very nice when finished. The room was fine, but had very little storage for our things. Housekeeping was minimal. We stayed 7 nights and the room was never vacuumed nor glasses/cups cleaned or replaced at all. The front desk staff were lovely and very helpful even volunteering to wash our cups. We were disappointed to learn that the gym, laundry and kitchen were closed due to renovation.

The location is good, less than a 10-minute walk to Kings Cross metro stop. The outside is nice but eesh, the inside was tired, worn and in extreme disrepair. The room was filthy. There are signs notifying customers that they are doing *some* repairs. Actually, it should be closed while repairs are done due to the current condition.

The room was very quite and it is a goop location just off the main street. The bed was comfy.

The room and bathroom was very small and this is not obvious in the description. This would have been okay if it was known when I booked the accommodation.

Nice location, central, metro and buses all near. Bed was good with very good bedding, looked and felt very new and pleasant. Supermarket is just in front, very convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Bathroom was really tiny, shower jet was weird and irregular. The building and rooms are old. In 7 nights the carpet floor was never vacuumed, got pretty dirty in the end. Windows were facing an alley with garbage bins. Overall it is an okay accomodation, just when coming from europe for this price range i expected nicer facilities, but after traveling in australia i realised for this money you get what you get, one has to pay 2x more i think here to get what 100eur/night gets you in europe.
