Location is ideal. Parking available actually at the hotel. Staff always friendly and helpful

Not much. It was clean I guess.

Would not cancel my reservation due to a positive COVID test. I made me distrust them, and the king bed was just 2 twins pushed together, and the walls were incredibly thin I couldn't sleep.

Hotel felt like a dorm. Very thin walls, no personality and the king was two doubles pushed together. There were also no amenities - definitely not a four star hotel or worth the price at all!

Star categorization. The hotel was fine... clean and in a safe area but my no means a four star experience.

Worst bed I've ever slept on.

The staff were friendly, easy to work with and quick. The rooms were spacious for the pricing and everything was pretty good. Beds were comfortable and the room had the A/C on and the room was nice and cool when I checked it. I managed to check in earlier than I expected nearly 2 hours early which was a big + Not too far from the CBD and you can catch the T1 light rail from central to powerhouse station and the walk isn't far at all. All in all I was pleased for the price I paid per night for what I had got.

Found crumbs and small bits of left over food on the couch from the previous people staying apart from that everything else was pretty good.

Location close to university was good. Room was clean and staff were pleasant.

This hotel was in an excellent location and good value considering how close it was to Darling harbour.

The staff didn't point out the coffee and tea making facilties and that there was a microwave in the reception area which might have been useful.

Great location! Full breakfast was delicous! Cost $25 per adult and $10 per kid. Had eggs, bacon, pancakes, hashbrowns, toast, coffee, juice, and regular continental stuff.

Breakfast was tasty but pretty expensive. The staff were not very friendly or helpful. The coffee machine was being used by staff and they broke it before customers could use it (I witnessed this myself).

The hotel is located just an easy walk to Darling Harbour and all of the attractions on offer. Hotel was very clean and tidy and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall couldn't ask for any more. Would recommend highly.
