The easy check in with staff and the design of the hotel

The additional blind didn¿t seem to work to block out the view of neighbours this made me feel self conscious and a bit worried people could see into my room.

Shower was overflowing due to the water , cleaning was average and small kitchen.

WiFi charges, while modest were annoying

Hotel employee reception greeted us warmly when we arrived. Rooms are compact but space efficient. Bathroom and shower are good. Parking is handy.

Payment for WiFi was a bit strange.

Easy check-in, friendly service, clean comfortable room with everything I needed, especially a firm, comfortable bed. Pool was clean. Location is central and easy for exploring.

Great location very comfortable and well priced. Having free parking this close to the city is a great bonus.

Beds are a little hard.

Fantastic rooms, comfy beds, luxe toiletries, lovely swim in the pool. Definitely will definitely be back next time we are in Sydney.

The staff were polite, shower was great, pool was great for the kids. Beds were very comfy.

Road was a little noisy. View of the roof and air conditioning vents outside the window was rather offputting as we were told the executive king rooms were on the higher floors.

Great place to stay, especially if you are travelling with a vehicle. Clean comfortable and with windows that open for fresh air.

Very comfortable beds and cleaned daily. As we only used public transport, the location was perfect with a bus stop outside the hotel

Spacious, had microwave, crockery and cutlery, comfortable bed, bedroom was clean. Good location and free parking.

Unfortunately despite the clean bedroom the bathroom could have been cleaner. There were little flies in the room and in the bathroom the tiles had smudges where people have squashed them. Also one night there were a couple of cockroaches in the bathroom. Ugh. The toilet was dusty. The ironing board had a cover way too big for it and therefore I didn’t use it.

The beds were comfortable, the staff were friendly and the price was good.

Room well set up,beds very comfortable, staff very helpful and friendly. We were surprised (due to the location being on the Pacific highway)that the room was so quiet. We will definitely stay here again as it is so central to our families that we were visiting for Christmas

There was nothing that we did not like. It is perfect for a 1 night stay, well presented and affordable.
