Central Location was a huge plus, & fully self contained.

The overall cleanliness was poor, the basics that one would expect to be a given as far as being clean hygienic were not met. Eg vomit or such bottley fluids on outside of toilet bowl, basin & bath + quiet a lot of surface mould in shower.

We liked the convenient location to food options both directly around the hotel and at the nearby Darling Harbor.

Our room had apparently suffered some water damage and the carpet showed distinctive water stains and ripples. Unfortunate because the rest of the room was lovely and functional. Couch sooo uncomfortable

The rooms were large and modern and beautiful!

The location was great for access to dining and sightseeing. The back door access to the mall and dining areas was very convenient. The room amenities including washer and dryer was unexpected and greatly appreciated.

The staff was extremely professional and very polite. This hotel is very well managed and it made our stay here very relaxing. We loved the room layout and the central location. The kitchenette, dishwasher, and washing machine were very convenient for us. The bed was comfortable and the water pressure good. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Disappointed

Very disappointed with my stay. The blanket had menstrual stains from a previous guest, and later the water pipe above my room broke — water leaked all over the carpet, leaving a strong damp smell. The hotel only used fans, which didn’t solve the problem. The technician also removed the shower head and didn’t put it back, so I couldn’t shower that night. For a serviced apartment at this level, this was completely unacceptable. Definitely not worth the price and very poor hygiene and service.

Size of room ..next time I would get apartment the studio was small .. getting woken up by cleaners cleaning in room next door making noise ..I like sleeping in it was about 9 ..10 o'clock making noise ...once I asked them to stop they did

Located in the heart of CBD, close to all attractions. Clean and comfortable

I liked the size of the apartment. When I am staying a few days it always is a relaxing place.

I don't like how I stay at Fraser Suites everytime I come to Sydney and every single time it is like I'm going there for the first time and you want my ID, my credit card and you take a hold on my credit card like I'm going to run off.

The location is excellent, and the convenience is noteworthy. The food court is located within the building, and the gym and swimming facilities are of a high standard.

Location is very central, right next to the Regent Place alley way, spacious room and rate is very reasonable.

Kettle inside the kitchen cabinet seems to have instant noodle & boiled egg marks inside the kettle.

View of car park & back of building across road. Accommodation drew our attention when booking as appeared to have nice view from the photos we saw.

Large open room with plenty of natural light. Nice decor, with floor to ceiling windows and a seperate bedroom. Really liked the reading chair with foot rest in the corner of the room.

Broken leg on bed, dirty decor pillows, robe showed signs of age with threads pulled out of it, heavy overhead doors in kitchen, no water on arrival.

Buffet breakfast and location are the best!! Bathroom supplies i.e. body wash and hand cream were great quality.

Cleanliness could have been bit better

The location of restaurants and shops on George Street was convenient. The gym and pool were nice additions.

The beds were decent, but the blankets felt cheap and unluxurious. The price of the hotel room didn’t justify the quality of the blankets, and the extra comforters from the closets had stains. There were no covers for the duvets, and the bathrooms were moldy. The toilets were filthy and needed a thorough cleaning. The couch also had a slight dirtiness and grime. Overall, I felt that the cleaning service was inadequate. I was also surprised that they didn’t provide toothbrushes or toothpaste kits as part of the amenities.The front staff was generally pleasant, but there’s room for improvement. While they greeted me with a smile, I noticed that when I checked in, the front staff member was quite short and seemed preoccupied. In contrast, when another guest checked in simultaneously, the front staff provided them with detailed information, such as the location of the pool, the floor where the buffet was held, and so on. However, they failed to offer me any of this information when I checked in, which was quite disappointing.

Every thing was clean. The location is the best. Right next to regents place, trams so good

Breakfast wasn’t included witch seemed ridiculous considering we paid $800 a night to say there !!!

Bed were terrible
