Location, the staff were lovely, very clean.

Uncomfortable bed and pillows.

The room was clean, the bathroom was clean.My son liked the pool.The staff on the front counter was great with the directions to catch the bus.

The value for money was ridiculous, whilst i understand it was valentines day and an Ed Shereen concert. I was travelling with my son to stay somewhere after the concert. $441 for one night is not worth the amount.The breakfast was not a proper buffet.The rooms are old and outdated.Could not locate a welcome book to find out stations on the TV etc.

one of the single beds was VERY hard. Restaurant was not open Saturday evening

Good bed, clean room and toilet.

The toilet fan makes a horrible sound, is a small toilet and you can hear other rooms.

The rooms are dated and stale - disappointing given the cost.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. There is also plenty of parking and I also like it's convenient location to the areas I occasionally work at in that area.

I ate twice in the restaurant and, this time, the meals were a little disappointing.My shower leaked and as a result the carpet outside the bathroom was always wet.I understand they are having renovations done so perhaps this will be remedied soon.

The rooms were spacious, clean and tidy.

Very comfy bed, nice spacious rooms and surprisingly very clean ! AC was nice and cold and well as the fridge. Plenty of parking. Good value for money and would definitely stay again. Staff were also very friendly.

Outdated decor. Breakfast was basic but expected for the price.

Not a big deal but decor generally felt a bit dated and room had a slightly stale smell, not a huge shock given that it's clearly an older premises. It was still a perfectly comfortable stay.

Spacious clean room, very comfy bed , view was pleasant, friendly helpful staff, on-site restaurant.

Convenient location for my needs. Lovely and clean . A little dated but that can be overlooked because of the comfort and cleanliness.Restaurant, bar and pool on site . Easy and ample parking.

In a great location,and very friendly staff.We actually got the a bit earlier,had a good run.But they were more than accommodating,too let us get into our room,on a hot day.Swimming pool was great,great beds,nice cold air conditioning.

The staff were great and very helpful breakfast was yum and the pool amazing. The comfiest beds and pillows i had the best sleep. We were there during the beat wave and we were so comfortable

Theres no lift for the upstairs rooms. But we knew this before going so it wasnt a surprise

A bit dated and the pool wasn’t terribly appealing.

The room met all basic accommodation needs, it was quite large, it was clean and tidy, the bathroom was clean and the shower/bathroom felt clean and fresh. The bed sheets and towels were nice and felt clean and fresh. There were tea/coffee facilities, hairdryer, alarm clock, phone and soap/shampoo for the shower. The room had a table for dining and a tv. I believe they do room service.

It was quite dated and the carpets need replacing. I think it would do better with tiled floors. The rooms could be upgraded to better block the external road noise as well as the internal noise from other patrons in the joining rooms and communal areas.
