Staff were very friendly and hospitable. I felt very welcomed.

For $--- a night, I felt like I didn't really get the best value for my money. I stayed 2 nights and they didn't change the towels or bedsheets. We had to ask for the towels to be changed. Also, with the kitchen, it was very small and limited.

Great Location. Supermarket and Bottle shop underneath hotel. Very nice welcoming by front desk receptionist. Seemed to have all facilities. However, very noisy due to being on the main road. Air conditioning was effective in limiting noise.

Its quite an old building and the views on the south side overlooking Sydney and harbour are fantastic but on the main road side it is very busy and noisy. The hotel itself is quiet.

Convenient location, well placed for transport and services including supermarket and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The location is excellent, comfortable and spacious room with clean double bed and the view from my bedroom was stunning. I would love to come back to this Apartment anytime am visiting Sydney and will recommend colleagues as well. It's a complete facility.

Perfect location in the town centre, close to everything.Room was great, had everything we need.bed was comfy.

large room with full kitchen for a good price. check in was easy.

The staff were super helful and accommodating and really made the stay. The room was adequate with comfy bed, cooking facilities and quiet considering its on a major road. The location is very convenient. I think I got value for my money. Definitey glad I booked the parking as there is not a lot close by.

Oven tray unclean, bins were so small we had an abundance of rubbish we had to take down to the bins, couch was super uncomfortable

Location is great. Bed comfortable. Parking convenient with shops and supermarket downstairs.

Terribly uncomfortable couch.Vanity mirror/cupboard protruded over very narrow basin made it almost impossible to use.

Nice little apartment with lots of amenities. Great harbour view when the clouds went away!Onsite parking was great too.

The staff were friendly welcoming and helpful with local advise. We went to Balmoral Beach and checked out all the wonderful shops and boutiques on Milirary road in Mosman.

The location is amazing in front of a bus station, the apartment has everything you need including dishwasher and washer. Very great value for the price and the area is very convenient with a supermarket in ground level. Staff was nice.

The apartment didn't have a dryer machine,, the TV is very small
