Very clean, great location, nice one-bedroom suite. Allowed to check in early as room was available.

Location , large room, the kitchenette was useful, breakfast good... Pleasant all in all... close to transportation, museums

I left my clohs, they didn't hold it probably, it got wrinkled.

Convenient location for us. Accessible to eateries. Great customer service and friendly staff. Provided parking even though paid for it but still excellent to just park car and move around the city.

Close enough but not that close to the city center where there are places to eat and see.

Rooms were really small. No adapters available for US gadgets. WiFi not free.

Pros: was clean, not dated, quiet, friendly staff, good bed, quiet central location.

Cons: no view, however you are not in the room long enough to worry. Could have done with a mini bar/snacks as there is no room service.

The location is very convenient. It took about 40 minutes to walk to the Opera House to see a show and about 10 minutes to get to Chinatown.

I found the staff to be incredibly rude. The maintenance staffer verbally insulted and harassed my mother when our WiFi became disconnected. The WiFi cost an additional $5/day. The walls in the hotel are very thin and you can hear everything next door.

Great hotel. The staff are bubbly and super friendly and they even have the tastiest sparkling water free on tap at reception. Trust me when I tell you.....try it!!!The rooms are great and we could not fault it

Close to everything

First room we were given was musty. Second room the bedroom was small and had to close the door to get into the bathroom.Very pushy to get you to attend presentation on buying travel points (like timeshare)

Close proximity to train station and bus stops. 30 minute walk to circular quay which is lovely to do on a warm day!

I would have liked a more frequent housekeeping service. In 18 days, I only received one service on the 8th day so the room didn’t feel as clean the longer I was there.

Located only minutes away from the train station. Spacious room and comfortable beds.

Small rooms

The highlight of my trip was Ray.When booking this hotel, I didn't realise it came with laundry facilties so obviously I was going to take advantage if this.I started washing my clothes at 9am after my day of exploring Sydney , only to realise the laundry room closes at 9pm!!! ( This is to avoid any noise disturbance which I get ) I then went to reception to speak to Ray about my problem and he kindly let me extend the laundry rook opening time to 10pm. I theb told him I would also need to tumble dry my clothes but he wouldn't be able to extend the time after 10pmSo he gave me drying rack so I can hang my clothes which worked really well.As I've learned my lesson the next day I made sure I got my clothes in early. Stuck my clothes in the table dryer at 830. But by 9pm it still wasn't finished I was just waiting in the laundry room at 9 and bumped into Ray, he let me extend my time again until I finish.He was really the highlight of my hotel experience. He was so chill and wasn't too strict with meAlso I find it really cool there's a storage room full of amenities you can take if you need refilling

Good location, lot of restaurants nearby and public transport close. Laundry room for free. The kichenette is very convenient. Also nice cafe downstairs.

The window of our studio could not be opened. Important: avoid the convenience store on the corner, absolute rip-off, they don't have price tags and they charged me 19 dollars for an 8-pack of tissues

Three things in particular:1. The room itself was great.2. The staff were beyond great. To a man/woman.3. The free laundry. So important when you’re on the road for two months.

Their inability to book me a room for my second, longer Sydney stay, even though I inquired 5 or 6 months in advance.

Apparently it's a resort owned by members? They kept asking us if we wanted to go to a presentation. A little annoying considering it was quite expensive.

I was on the second floor near the gym. The room was noisy and needed an air purifier to make it not smell musty. They have the purifier in the room but was loud. The discounts advised from local restaurants don't happen. Three times I went for breakfast at places close by and was told no. Facilities are pretty ordinary. Have stayed here before on an upper floor and the room was cheaper and better.

The central location was fantastic, a couple minutes walk to the CBD, Hyde Park, Central Station and supermarket / cafe options

I did not like the hard sell to sit through a time share presentation on check in. This was never indicative of a time share property on the Booking.com websiteThe balcony was so small as prove useless in having one at all.
